(Posted on this Sun City Center location, but this is the location that apparently handled the "repairs".) Terrible and incompetent dry cleaning experience. I took them a $70 dress shirt (a simple cotton shirt) for laundering. When I received it back from them, they returned it with the top button in pieces. They did not say a word about it, and I only noticed it when I returned home. The standard practice would be for the dry cleaner to notice such damage (typically caused by improper pressing) and replace the button before presenting it to the customer. Instead, after discovering it myself at home, I had to return the next day for them to replace the button (the shirt had an extra button attached internally for just this occurrence). This location said they could not do it while I waited so I would have to pick it up in a few days. When I returned to pick up the shirt, I inspected the button and found it was sewed on so tightly (and improperly stitched) that it was non-functional (it was too tight to even allow the shirt to pass over it). How this dry cleaner did not notice this is unfathomable. Again, I had to leave the shirt for it to be properly fixed. Finally, on my fifth visit (for one shirt!) they finally had managed to properly replace the top button they had broken. Is this shirt being enjoyed today? No. When I next went to wear it, I put it on and almost immediately a sleeve button broke into pieces. Upon further inspection I realized that many of the shirts buttons had been cracked through improper pressing. This was not a cheap shirt, nor a delicate shirt - just a standard dress shirt that was being laundered for its second time. The first laundering at another cleaner produced none of these problems - so clearly this is a problem with this cleaner, and not the shirt. This cleaner could not handle a simple job of properly laundering a dress shirt (and it took them 5 visits from me for them to even do their improper job), I would certainly not trust them with anything more valuable.

This is the worst Dry Cleaner ever! I have never been this furious regarding a dry cleaning service before. They are really really bad at what they do- Not only they are overpriced but also they charge you for items that they do not clean.. They stated that they could not clean them even though they tried, seriously, i should have just hand washed these items had I kmnown that they would be ruined. THey ruined the buttons of a designer jacket, did not get the stains out of a pair of light color pants as well as sweat pants but yet they charged me. They also tried to rip me off by "labeling" a dress shirt as a "blouse" to be able to double charge.. If they were smart business owners, they would have done the right thing and called or tell me in advance that they would not be able to get those stains out instead of ruining it and charging me.. I will never go back there and I am calling tomorrow to talk to the business owner- her name I found out is Sue- to get my money back... Bad service, actually no service at all.. Initially when I went there I was going to get 6 more items cleaned as well but after they told me they charge almost $10 dollars for $10 summer dresses, i said no thank you... I am truly furious and ask anyone who reads this not to ever go there- Find another decent place where you will be facing professional and great service liek I used to before I moved here... O.D.

I have used Touch of class for 6 years or so. Unlike the previous post, I have never had any trouble with my clothing being stained, returned in bad condition or lost. I have taken in some challenging staining and they were able to remove it for me. (Black permanant maker on white slacks) There have been a couple of broken buttons on my husbands shirts, but I dont consider that negligent ,and I can certainly sew on a button. There have been a few personnel changes in the 6 years I have been a customer, but they all seem to remember my name, and it is not like I am that frequent of a customer. I go in about once every 2 to three months with about 12 mens shirts and 2-3 mens suits. I do not care for their "sattelite" location in Sun City Center at the old WalMart plaza. The staff there (the one time I went) was not as personable, plus all of the laundry is collected there, transported and processesed at the Apollo Beach location anyway.

I came to the web looking for the hours for Touch of Class Dry Cleaners and boy was I surprised to see the extremely negative experiences posted here. I have used TOC for at least 11 years and I have NEVER had a problem. I do not own any "Designer" clothing and like the previous post use them about 5-6 times per year for my husbands white shirts and his suits. I have never been treated poorly and my clothes have turned out fine. I will agree that the "satellite" location is less than friendly-only used it once. I have not really shopped around for pricing so I do not know if they are over charging me. They are convenient, friendly and have always done what they promised for the fee that was quoted.

I have used Touch of Class for a long long time. I really like the fact that they do on-site cleaning. They dont send your stuff to Tampa or elsewhere to be cleaned. I am not sure where the other post claims they are over priced, I have found them to be the least expensive in Apollo Beach because they do everything in house. Had nothing but exceptional service. They do fantastic alterations too.

I love touch of class. I had an engagement dress drycleaned here and they did an amazing job. The prices are extremely reasonable. I will continue to be a loyal customer.
