My pen exploded on my thick white cotton shirt and trendy khaki cotton vest covering them equally and thoroughly with blue ink. I loved the vest, so not wanting to take any risk, I rushed straight to Sun Country Cleaners. I told them the stain was fresh and so time was of the essence but never saw the clerk pretreat. I rushed home, looked on the internet and treated my white shirt with dawn detergent, isopropyl alcohol and OxyClean and then soaked. I got the stain completely out.... When I picked up my vest from Sun County, all the jokers had done was spread the stain around and they still had the gall to charge me for their incompetence! One minute on the internet will make you a more professional stain remover than them. If you have a stain on a garment you love, for God sake dont go here!

Went into pick up dry cleaning - clerk was screaming obscenities at someone (f-bombs) while I waited. Prices were high. Will not be back.
