I wish I could give this company a negative rating. Not only are they priced too high ($15 x 2 shirts, totally $30 for the shirts to alter them) but they lie about the date they were to be ready. Old nasty lady in the store told me Friday, went Friday - not there, and I needed them for a weekend trip. Went Monday, not there, Tuesday, not there! Told the girl behind the counter that it is unacceptable. Had I known I would have taken them somewhere else. The old hag behind the counter stated "I never told you Friday" Yes you did I said. Just get my shirts and give them to me, ring me up so I can leave. I will not she said, I am not getting your shirts! I told her if she didnt, I would call the police and tell them that she is holding me and my property there against my will as I want to pay and leave. She finally did and then wouldnt give my card back to me! I, again told her I would call the police if she didnt! She was rude and nasty and told me I "look like someone that would post a bad review" Really???? Not sure what "those people look like" but she just earned herself one! I definitely wouldnt recommend them to anyone who needs their items.

If theres another dry cleaners in your area, skip this one...Save your self the headacke & horrible customer service. Be prepared to get your dry cleaning back late, and full price. Dont share with your frustration with them, when you show up for your dry cleaning and its late, because its not there fault. Altho it may not be their fault, and its the "place where the clothes go" dont give me a ticket for pick up Wednesday, if its not going to be there untill Thursday.

They have always been very good to me. On time and clothes done well. A tad pricey only negative. Update: Starting to go downhill as I have now had several items come back with spots that were not there before drop off. They dont work with you much other than store credit.
