On my flight to Tampa, some idiot spilled a drink on my suit. I took it to Busy Bee to be cleaned, taking time to show them the stains and asked if they could have it done in one day because I needed to wear the suit the following day for meetings. Assured everything would be done by 5p, I left it with them. Upon my return, they told me they didnt see the stains and would have to clean it again. Only trouble is, I fly out tomorrow before they will be done. So Im going to have to make do, which is fine, but then they made me pay for cleaning or I couldnt get my suit back. Ridiculous! Needless to say, if you like poor service, lying, and thievery, this is the dry cleaner for you. Otherwise, you need to steer clear.

I wanted to use a local company rather than the vendors that my property management company provided as I am out of town. I spoke with Gloria that quoted me a great rate. Once she invoiced me, she said it took an entire hour longer than expected. Charged me an extra $100, they did a decent job, left the window frames dirty, but checked them off on her invoice. I sent the payment twice, only to threatened, with law suit and lien against my property. I had to place a stop payment and she wanted a late fee. Needless to say, I would not recommend Busy Bee.
