I took a few seat covers in to be cleaned and they came back stained and ripped. The first time I picked them up, my covers were stained. The stains looked like dried water stains. I sent them back a second time to be cleaned and they came back with the same stains. I then called their headquarters and spoke to Pat who was extremely rude, dismissive and condescending. She definitely lacks customer service skills. She said it was impossible for them to cause the water stains and when I asked for a refund and compensation to take my covers to another store to fix the damage they had caused, she became very defensive and told me thats now how it works. She said they would just offer the refund and Ill have to remove the stains (that they caused) on my own. She told me that a refund would be issued but Ill have to bring the seat covers back in to the store for her to look at them. All the water stains that they caused were finally removed after the third attempt but two covers came back with rips in the seams. Even though a refund was promised the store clerks knew nothing about it. I called Pat again today to inquire about the refund and she said she would issue one just to get me off their back. Huh??? What type of response is that? I said ok and hung up. Well see how that plays out. If you are reading this, do not patronize this store. Your items will be returned to you damaged without an apology. All of the dry cleaning is outsourced and their staff does not do quality checks in store. Pat at the corporate office is extremely unprofessional and rude. She does not need to be talking to customers. You lost my business due the tone she used with me and how she handled my situation. Ill make sure I tell my friends in this area not to use this place.

I recently took some garments to Majik Touch Cleaners. I was told they would be ready the following day after five. When I returned 3 days later to get them they only had 2 out of the 3 garments ready. I never received a phone call so I wanted to know why my item was missing ,but no one could tell me why. In fact the young lady had no idea when it would be back. I asked her to call me when she found out. After 4 hours I had not heard from them so I called her. She told me that she had them but she did not give a answer about what happened. I didnt even get an apology. They acted as if that was common practice, so I will never use them again.

Cant select 0 stars. Weve been taking our clothes to this place for what we thought was actually DRY CLEANING but apparently they were only washing our clothes. I noticed some really nice dress shirts were looking bad and we took them back to have someone look at them. They proceeded to write us a note that it was our fault that we were having them do "commercial" laundering on delicate clothes!! Nope - never again. I can wash my clothes at home for free!

If I drop off five shirts, four of them are not done properly. They refund your money and do it for free (because its clear it was done wrong) but whats the point.....it just more trips every time. Dont even bother with this place. Ive complained to the owner multiple times and they just give you credit for more dry cleaning....but then that stuff comes back and it was not ironed properly. Horrible, take some pride in your business.

I dont know why there is only two reviews and both being bad with how much traffic this place brings. My last trip I had a pair of shorts hemmed and they turned out perfect! Always a great job.
