I came into get 5 dresses dry clean. I specifically asked the lady how much it was going to cost and she said it was going to be 9.95 and when I returned it was $50. Then when asked to speak with the owner, was declined. I know I specifically asked how much it was going to cost for all the dresses and was told $10. Then was blamed that I didnt know what I was talking about. I wouldnt have got the stuff done if it was going to be that amount. She was polite when I came in, and even when we spoke about price she did say it was going to be a different price because of the lining. I understood exactly what she said to me, this was a miscommunication on her part not understanding what I asked her. Im very disappointed in the service and looking to speak with the owners in this manner.

Ive been going here for over 3 months under the impression that I had been getting my clothes dry cleaned for around $2 a shirt. (I was given this price on my first visit when I inquired about dry cleaning.) After being charged $75 today for 12 shirts I was informed that Ive been paying for regular washes and dry cleaning costs twice as much!!! Way too expensive and I didnt appreciate being misled as to the services I was receiving and the pricing. There are way too many cheaper options in the area to ever bring my business back here. Update 12/23/13 Against my better judgment in a rush I brought some more clothes here. They somehow managed to get pink stains all over my dress pants... If the owner can read this, what can/will you do to remedy this?

Dont go here if you need your clothes altered on time. Their machines broke and delayed my alterations both times Ive brought clothes in to be altered. (And the machines didnt even break on my clothes!) The first time, they didnt offer me a discount and I didnt ask for one -- the clothes werent needed. The second time I missed out on a career fair because my suit wasnt ready. I had to ask for a discount and was told Id only get a measly 10% (which would have been $3.85) in store credit. They couldnt refund any money to my credit card because of the way the POS was configured. What a joke!

Ive been going here for roughly 10 years. I have never been disappointed! My alterations are always done correctly. Once or twice there has been a delay, but they are thoughtful enough to call you and let you know. The hours are nice too. I can drop off before work or pick up after since they are open 7-7. I recommend Professional Alterations & Dry Cleaning to anyone that wants there stuff done right!

This place is expensive. Nearly $36 to clean and press 6 items. And they didnt press them at all. Everything is wrinkled. And they wouldnt starch the things I asked them to starch. Ill go somewhere else from now on.
