This is the absolute worst dry cleaning company I have ever encountered. I dropped off my jumpsuit on Saturday and was told it would be ready by Wednesday. It was the next Saturday before I was able to pick it up assuming it had long been ready but no, it was not there. Apparently whoever does their alterations operates on whatever schedule is convenient for them and no one feels the need to explain to the paying customer. Instead, the girl at the front told me "I honestly have no clue where your clothes are and my manager likes to leave early on Saturday so no, there is no one else here to help you". Horrible customer service! Also, this place is filled with workers that apparently have never had professional jobs before and/or limited to no experience with the public as they were all dressed half naked with sweaty tank tops and no undergarments (women), baggy shorts (men) and all had unappealing dental hygiene which explains all there is to know about this once decent cleaners drastic decline. Then, to top it all off, when I finally got my jumpsuit back, the hole that was supposed to be fixed is still there and the pants that were supposed to be taken up an inch are now two different lengths entirely!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS USELESS ESTABLISHMENT!!! The customer service is deplorable and the actual servicing of clothes, what they claim to specialize in, is even worse!! This whole experience was a headache so save yourself and find somewhere else to spend your money or be prepared to spend over and over again when like me, you have to run around last minute to find a new outfit entirely!!

They Steal Your Clothes Especially if you take Big Orders in and dont wait for them to be tagged in... Dont Trust these people with nice clothes... I took a large order in and at least 3 to 4 pieces were missing, I spoke to a girl there and have text to prove that she says the mgr took my stuff, I left message after message for the owner and his grandson that supposedly looks after the place and got no response at all. I had 2 baskets of clothes I took in there and got 1 basket back and when confronting them the worker said the mgr left with my other white basket with my clothes in it.. they supposedly have cameras but come to find out they only got them in a limited area this place absolutely sucks from the ownership to the management...

First time was okay, it was a party dress to dry clean. Second and last, comfort wasnt easy for pickup even a day after the day they gave me. Ive told to came back next day after 5 pm. Again, waited few more hours and the item came unwashed!! She picked the comfort from the floor to pack as it was cleaned. WTH! I recommend you run away, fast as you can.

Destroyed all my buttons on 5 shirts and refused to fix the broken buttons. I’ve got told to pay for each button and that their management had refused to repair the shirts. They tried to fix one shirt in the end but used buttons in totally different colors and sizes. DON’T GO THERE

awful service. twice in a row pants were creased after asking for no crease. no discount for error and added an extra day to pick up. Will find someone else.
