I have been taking my husbands dry cleaners here for over a year now. The last couple of months has been a nightmare, and I have not complained until today. Their sign says and by 10 ready by 4. This is not the case at all and I am always here between 7:15 and 7:45 in the morning. I tried to talk to the lady up front, because I was frustrated about a situation that happened Monday, she blew it off and told me it was too early in the morning to be arguing about something! I will take my business elsewhere as I have never had one complaint with them at all even when my dry cleaning was not ready the same day and I was not made aware about it! I will be following up with the owner, whose name is Sue. The lady with the scar on her face is the one that I dealt with this morning, and Im not happy about it! If I could give this a 0 star rating, I would.

ZERO stars for this dry cleaner. This cleaner stained my white shirt and I brought it back and they agreed to re-clean it again. Got it back damaged with a hole on left sleeve. Talk to the manager and she refused to pay for the damages. She told me the shirt was damaged by me. I will never use this cleaners again. To all customers beware they dont pay for damages that they caused. I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!

I love this place. The lady name Deedee is always helpful and friendly. She knows me by name. If shes there my clothes be hanging on the rack ready for me b4 I even get out of the car. How awesome is that! The price is very reasonable around this area. They creases all my pants including shorts just the way I like them. No complaint from me.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! Paid to drop off my clothes like I do all the time. This last time, they charged me again to pick them up. Receipt was not correct. Will never go back.
