Poor to Fair is the lowest available. Do not use ridge cleaners. my wife is a 51 year old Grandmother, she takes care of her stuff. Took a like new leather jacket to be cleaned and conditioned before putting away for winter. They shipped it out for someone else to do. Jacket was destroyed. Ridge Cleaners refused to replace it. I sued in Elyria Municipal Court. I won,, Lisa Sebastian, the owner now refuses to pay. Will not return email requests for payment and will not return phone calls about collecting on the Magistrates Decision in my favor. Anyone wishing verification I would be happy to supply the court records. I would post a copy here if it were possible. Their website says, let us clean your expensive leather, sign in the shop says "we clean leather". They dont and when it gets destroyed they will argue in court that it has no value!!! Stay away, clean and condition yourself, learn from my mistake.

You might have to dip into your savings account if you get your dry cleaning done here. I have a couple of dress pants that they charged over $9 for. Nothing fancy about these pants. One pair was wool and the other was just a basic pair of dress pants from Nordstrom Rack. $12 for a suit coat (not including the suit pants). I recently move to Avon Lake from Chicago and what would cost me $35 - $40 for a load of dry cleaning in Chicago cost me $85 at Ridge Cleaners. I found the one place in Avon Lake where the cost of living is more expensive than Chicago.

Fantastic staff and always helpful. Secret tip, theyll hook you up with a coupon if you forgot yours at home. Plus they now offer "just in case" items like shirts, ties and socks. And theyll let you do the "Monday morning make over" in the dressing room rather than changing your shirt in the parking by lot on the way to the airport. Admit it, weve all done it.

Took our clothes there and had them altered and they did a terrible job and when we told them about it they would not do anything about it. We wont do business with them any more
