This was my second time ever going to a dry cleaners. I brought in a heavy wool coat and polyester skirt. The girl at the counter didnt tell me how much I owed, only when it would be ready for pick up. When I asked how much the girl stated that she isnt suppose to give out prices. Which I thought was extremely weird. I told her I didnt want to pick up my clothes with a $30 bill. She reluctantly gave me prices and I decided the cost of the skirt wasnt worth it so I only dropped off the coat. I picked up the coat today and then went straight to work. When I got home I examined the coat and there is a strange patch on the inside lining where it looks like the fabric was almost shredded. Its obvious they almost ruined the inside lining of my very expensive coat. I wish I could post a picture of the damage. So all in all, poor customer service and poor quality of work. I wont be going back here again.

Majik Touch & Hair Studio SCAMMERS!!! Towing Vehicles do not park in their lot!!!!! This is the way they treat non customers, signage was not clear I come out of CVS getting medicine for my ill family member and my vehicle is gone with my tractor trailer attached, WOW!!!! what a scam between these businesses & TARGET RECOVERY!!!!! I understand they must be having issues with the Waffle House but to stoop to this level is unreal, the trouble to go through to get my vehicle back was to Uber to N Florida Ave wait inside a fenced gate and pay $380-UNBELIEVABLE THAT THIS IS LEGAL!!!! BUYERS BEWARE & NON CUSTOMERS BE CLOSER AWARE, THEY ARE LAYING IN WAIT TO TOW YOU NEXT!!!!!!BAD BUSINESS!!!!!

Very excellent customer care and quality dry cleaning. They made one mistake with our order, one time, and fixed the issue immediately, kindly, and professionally! We never had another issue since and our clothing is always ready in record speed compared to other dry cleaners I have brought our items to in the past. Great place!

Dropped off 6 sweaters, all from Banana Republic and same material just different colors. When I arrived to pick up my sweaters I notice one of them looked smaller. When I complained I was told it was manufacturer miss labeling. If that was the case how come the a other identical sweaters didnt shrink. I was denied replacement.

They took my suit and pressed it without cleaning it. There were very obvious stains on this light tan suit. It even smelled just like it did when I gave it to them. They are a bunch of theives!
