My husband dripped off and picked up 5 pair of jeans that have all been destroyed. He attempted to take them back to resolve the issue however he was advised that it was nothing that they could do. I picked up a pair of white jeans that were still wet on the inside and I asked why. I was informed that it was starch. I asked about the different color of lint and a new stain and I was told to run a lint roller over it and there was nothing they could do about the stain. The jeans were all new True Religion jeans. The jeans were not taken there with stains. When I arrived home I inspected the jeans he attempted to take back based upon the jeans I picked up. Just as expected, the jeans had mold stains because they were wet when placed in the closet. I have never picked up wet clothes from the dry cleaners. Lesson learned from my husband...always check your items before leaving and never use this place of business again!

Picked up a white INC coat had purple dye all over collar and front, sleeve, coat is ruin, manager for the lack of a better word spewed Venon for me to take her to court and she had film of me bringing it in like that. However, doesnt have a written release from me and refused to show me any footage of such instead of attempting to fix the problem. I had been going here for years and always had issues with stains been lifting out of my whites and was always offered solutions but today I-devil was released and Proverbs 16:3 was not shown. I may take her up on her offer and let the courts decide for GP sake! She lost a good customer! Awful!

The staff was very friendly but I did not have a good first experience. New customer, dropped my suit off Monday and was told itd be ready within 36hrs. Went back Wednesday and they handed me someone elses clothes. For some reason no one would go look for my suit, I was told a manager would contact me the next day....why no one could just go look for my clothes I have no idea. Luckily the manager was able to find it (guess shes the only one who cares enough) and gave me a credit for my trouble. Probably wont go back though if this is the risk I have to take.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Do not go! I brought my prom dress in and they ruined it. I told them that if they had any questions that it might mess up the dress to not even touch it. They said it would be fine. Yet, I come back, it was still very very wrinkled (some that werent even there prior to me bringing it in), there is now a rip by the zipper, some of the diamonds on my dress are now gone, and they refused to redo it. Not to mention the MANAGER was absolutely rude. She took no responsibility for the mishap. Please do not go here!!

Did you ever get your dry cleaning back looking worse than when you brought it in? Thats what will happen to you if you use this cleaner. I brought a suit in for a stain on the sleeve and got it back with the same stain plus more! They refused to accept responsibility and reclean it. These are Christians? STAY AWAY, stay as far away as possible.

Always Polite and courteous. One day Service is the best. There is almost never a wait. they are very prompt and my clothes are always perfect. I have been using them for around 5 years and they have never lost or damaged any clothing. their pricing is the best as they are full service and clean everything themselves. Keep up the great work!

Horrible job done. Suits pants had multiple creases, basic dress shirts were still wrinkled. My wifes dress had embellishments in the neckline that came back broken. They safety pinned it together but didnt let her know when she picked it up. Told us they were unqualified to answer what happened. Horrible customer service.

For the last 3 years or so, I have had GEM dry clean and launder my pants and shirts. Their work is exemplary. Additionally, ALL of the folks there that I have spoken with have been polite and gracious...and always with a pleasant greeting and smile. These are good people and treat their employees and customers fairly.

Been going here for years. Had an issue where a suit jacket had "bubbles" on it from being dry cleaned. I thought it was ruined. I called and the owner took my info, provided a solution, guaranteed she would remedy it and provided a plan of action going forward. They did fix it, suit looks new.

I came in with a suit that had a gum stain in the pocket for years and asked if they could fix it. They showed me the result in minutes and then had it clean before the end of the day. Great service, Awesome people.
