HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They ruined my shirt and wouldnt take responsibility for it. Do yourself a favor and read this before you make the decision to give them your business. I used this cleaner for well over a year and spent hundreds of dollars at their shop. I recently took in a blouse to be dry cleaned (btw it cost $294 @ Neiman Marcus). It was a quality shirt that felt fantastic and Id only worn it a few times. I went to pick it up on the day listed on my ticket...but they werent ready yet. So, I went back a few days later and learned that my shirt was RUINED. The black trim was now all over my white blouse. I asked how they were going to make the situation right and the owner basically told me that I needed to return it to the department store. Well, that wasnt going to happen because after looking over the shirt dry cleaning instructions and the note from the dry cleaner, it was clear that the cleaner didnt read the instructions at all. I tracked down the original receipt, took it in to the store and asked for reimbursement. (Again, keep in mind that Im a regular customer...the lady at the front actually knew me by name). The owner refused to give me anything and basically said that it was not his fault, it was they guy that he subs out the dry cleaning to...then he went on to say that he works from 4 am to 10 pm and he doesnt make $294 in a day so he wouldnt give me anything for the mistake. So, does that mean his money and time is worth more than mine? I work for my money too!! Doesnt everyone?! Well, thats Horrible Customer Service and another example of a person who Refuses to Take Accountability. So, then he says hell talk to the guy who actually does the dry cleaning and hell call me tomorrow. Well, tomorrow came and went 3 times over with no phone call. I went back in the shop and he still refused to try and correct the issue. I was fed up and fully prepared to take this business to small claims court, if nothing else, to prove a point...he was responsible for the damage done. We had a long debate and eventually he offered me $75! $75! Ridiculous...actually disgusting how he handled this whole situation. Oh but wait, he wanted the shirt back before hed give me anything. Yep, I had to go back to the store again to give him the messed up shirt for $75. I only agreed to the $75 (which was a ripoff) because I didnt want to spend any more time dealing with this business. I will NEVER GO BACK HERE. Im actually going to buy those little bags that you can put in the dryer and it kinda acts like a dry cleaner...it cant possibly turn out any worse than what happened here. Oh, P.S. Men - if you get your shirts dry cleaned here, pay careful attention to your buttons. After a few cleans youll see that they start to get chewed up. I know because thats exactly what happened to my husbands shirts.

Great customer service. I have a cleaners across from where I live on SR 64 that were rude and overpriced. I called Fresh Cleaners and they were so much nicer and had better prices. I am willing to drive a bit further to get my king comforter cleaned by people that are welcoming and friendly. I will recommend Fresh Cleaners to my friends, family and to whoever is looking for cleaners that do great work and are friendly.

Quality product poor customer service. Make sure you bring your ticket receipt because they consistently miss place articles if clothes. The woman that works there is very nice. The man that woks there lacks in customer service.

Charged me for a king comforter when I had a queen. Shouldve looked at me receipt sooner. Other than that they did a good job and the comforter smelled very nice and was extra soft.
