Awesome place, awesome staff, highly recommend! This is a great place now, though a year ago, it wasnt the case. The owners hired Bianca and she is outstanding! A sunny disposition and positive attitude plus caring for my clothes and how they are cleaned are paramount to a great dry cleaner and I cannot sing the praises loud enough. In 2015, I wrote the review below because this place was bad. Im pleased to report that the owners have made some amazing personnel changes and procedural changes that I am truly happy about. Its not the worst dry cleaners Ive ever used, and it is most definitely not the best! The staff is mostly nice (when the ladies arent whining about the computer not working)... And giving it their best effort. My clothes does come back Clean every time and each garment is individually entered into their system (with a discretion of each article). Im not a big fan of them sticking a barcode to my clothing without asking me (though that is how they track your clothes). As far as laundry is concerned, Sun Countrys "heavy starch" is comparable to what most other companies would consider "light." Overall, Ill be back, though I would love to jump at another option that has the same same-day service (even on Saturdays) with similar hours.

I was told each of my 2 pairs of pants and the suit coat would cost $4.98 but that there could be a surcharge if it was wool. When I picked them up, both pants were surcharged by a $1.01 because "they were wool". Later, once I was home I noticed 3 things. First, they are 100% polyester. Second, the pants pressing left marks at the seams like if they had started to melt, I cant explain how those marks made it there. Third, they didnt press on the existing crease so now they have a new crease running down next to the still distinguishable original crease.

I used to like getting my shirts done at Sun Country. They have a central location that does the work for what seems all locations. The issue is they are doing a horrible job of pressing. The idea is to remove wrinkles, not make them into creases. Ive brought it to their attention and all Ive gotten is we are working on the problem. As I keep paying them to do crappy work. Ive decided that two months of working on it is long enough. Going to stop in today and let them know Im going to the competitor down on Bloomingdale.

The people are nice but the service is the worst. The clothes never come back it does not matter if you use same day service or regular service. No reason as to why they just state need more time and a ladies blouse can take a week to come back. Ridiculous. I have used this service 4 times and they have NEVER got it right. The shirts still come back dirty with spots on them, instead of heavy starch they looked unpressed.

I will never give them my business again!! Paid twice for a so called zipper alteration that lasted one day. Im usually not one to complain however the customer service didnt make it any better. I was given a card and told to just call the supervisor.
