If there was an option to rate them a zero, I would. We had been going to them for over a year, and while the customer service was always lacking, the location was convenient and prices were ok. I had a favorite, expensive chiffon dressed cleaned there last summer. However, when I pulled it out this Spring to wear it again, I was horrified to find that they had ironed out all of the accordion pleats, thus ruining it. (It went from an A-Line dress to basically a tent). My husband took it back in, showing him the problem and to see if it could be fixed. The owner first denied he did that to thus dress. However, once my husband pointed out their cleaning tag ~that was still attached to the dress~the owner back peddled and said well, its been too long ...then said theres nothing he could do, and "who doesnt wear a dress in almost year?" ,etc..Well, .my husband walked out, quite floored by the owners comnents and attitude ..especially since we had been such good customers, So, I took the dress in, thinking maybe I could explain and hopefully find a way to fix it. Boy, was I in for a surprise ...The owner proceeded to lie to me and said he offered my husband a credit, (never did), then said its been too long, then asked me for a picture of how the dress used to look! Said he couldnt fix it, basically acting like I was crazy for even asking. Please dont ever take any thing to them that you care about, and Never leave there without checking ALL of your items, no matter how many you have. Better yet, find another dry cleaner as they do not honor their work. He ruined an expensive dress and refused to do anything about it. The owner is also quite rude and is a liar.

I will never use this cleaners again. I had them clean and preserve my wedding dress. My mom was nice enough to take it there for me and pick it up. Only to discover they gave her back the wrong dress. Luckily only a day had passed before we noticed it wasnt my dress. I called them immediately and they acted like I was stupid telling them they gave me the wrong dress. I sent them a picture and the person said oh yea, we still have that one in the back. My mom went to exchange the dresses thankfully but was greeted with attitude. My mom asked for a refund and the manager began yelling at her and telling her it was all her fault and she wasnt giving her anything. She then tried to give my mother $20 but my mom would not stand for it. After several minutes the manager finally gave my mom 1/2 the money back. However, coming from a customers perspective, they should have been more accommodating and tried to make my mom feel better. I know I would have. Can you imagine if the other bride had shown up only to realize her dress was gone!

had a very bad experience with this cleaners. I went there and asked the owner a question about the dry cleaning because I needed it by a certain time. She couldnt promise me that it was going to be ready at that time and she still wanted me to leave the clothing. When I asked her once more,to make sure It was going to be done on time, she dropped my clothes on the counter and walked away...and left me talking to myself. What a way to treat your customers right? And plus you do get what you pay for, you want dry cleaning for cheap price you will get a half done job on your clothes. Go on your own risk! Id rather pay more, drive further for good quality and excellent customer service!

I had my mothers wedding dress cleaned here and they did a phenomenal job! The dress is 27 years old and it looks brand new! All of the stains had been removed and it was in perfect condition again. Plus, they had a special on wedding dress cleaning so that I only paid $100! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly, affordable dry cleaners.

Initially these guys didnt want to honor their Coupon price in the Digest. Northdale Cleaners also ripped either by accident or on purpose 2 out 6 shirts Ive had cleaned there twice. Total of 4 out of 12.

Friendly faces...been doing a very good job for years. Always returns anything I may have left in a pocket...keys, money etc.
