I dropped my wedding gown off for cleaning and preservation September 26, 2008. I put down a $50 deposit and was told that it would take 30 days to clean the dress. I called them November 23, 2008 because no one had bothered to contact me. I was told the dress "just came in" and I could come up and look at the dress for preservation approval. The entire dress had snags all over it. There was beading on my train only and the entire dress was snagged - front, back, train, etc...They ruined my $1200 dress and then had the nerve to tell me that the snags happened because of the beading. I pulled a dress hanging up behind mine which had intricate beading and not a snag on it. Save yourselves some heartache, ladies. You do not want to gamble on your dress preservation. Even if another dry cleaner costs extra,USE THEM. I still tear up when I think of how they ruined my wedding gown - no passing this on to my daughters or making a christening gown for my baby from my wedding gown. Its ruined.

I went to this place looking for a new dry cleaners when the one I went to closed. Very poor record keeping (everything done on paper). I have been pleased with the cleaning of shirts and pants, hence 2 stars. But when I dropped off my wifes pants to repair a hem on one of the legs, Thats when I started having issues. For a month I went and called about the pants. They said they couldnt find them and come back next week. Now it has been a month and a week, no pants, and filled out a claim... Which I can only get $25 for clothes without a receipt!! (They were $35). But it feel they gave me the run around over and over.... "Come back next week...well call you ...". Dont go to this place if you want good record keeping and good service.
