I took my wedding dress there to get cleaned and it took them 2 months to do it, I went to pick it up and it was TRASHED! They blamed me for it, the beading was falling off, the dress was yellow. And that is NOT how I dropped it off. The "owner" would not make it right and alls she wanted to do was argue. I was in tears over this. She still made me pay for the HORRIBLE job the was done. She wouldnt let me take my dress because she said I would "trash" my dress and blame them. Why would I want to trash my dress when they already ruined it? It was so beautiful and now its junk!!!! :( do not take your wedding dress there! Then she says she will fix the beads by tieing nots in the string!!!! no!! And the belt thing that goes in the middle is suppose to be pressed nicely, that is just a mess and yellow!!!! Smh just sickening!!!!! I cant even look at my dress without getting sick. Do not go there!

THE BEST IN MEDINA,OH! They are very efficient and do an amazing job. I took a jacket to three other dry cleaning companies and COMET was the only one to get the stain out. Were thrilled. Thank you, Comet
