Fast, clean and friendly! Ive been going to Society for several years and recently my niece was looking to have her wedding dress cleaned and preserved so I gave them a call with a ton of questions. They were knowledgeable and patient. Yesterday on the way to work I went to pick up the wedding dress and was impressed. Just Beautiful!! Plus, I dropped off my person clothes that I was in need of getting back asap for a minor emergency (next morning business trip). They totally took care of me. Picked up my cleaned clothes on my way home from work! I always get great service and quality and they are there for me when I really need them. Thanks, Society Cleaners!

Almost 12 years ago, I got married at my husbands family farm. After my wedding, I put my wedding dress back in the bag where it hung until Monday. The bottom was black and the rest of it had brown patches all over it. The owner said he would give it a try and see what he could do and if it didnt work he wouldnt charge me. I picked it up on Thursday and it looks brand new!!! He is the master and they are very friendly too. Now we can get married again this summer with our children and I get to wear my dress again. Thank you, thank you!

Steve and the whole team are great. I was disappointed that my cowboy shirts cost more money to clean since they have pearl buttons, but I still enjoy the great service and friendly people that work there. I arrive every Saturday with new clothes and my take- ins from the week before are ready to go. One of their regulars had to move to Florida, so they had a personnel change, but they always keep the friendly service going.

Started using Society after my previous cleaners closed their Olmsted Falls location. Have never been disappointed by Society. Clothes are well cleaned and smartly pressed. If I have been sloppy or careless; they make the evidence disappear. I am old enough so my skin is like paper. The slightest abrasion will make me bleed. I no longer worry, they can make blood stains vanish. Simply put they are the best!!!

I had an awful first time experience with this company. The man I spoke with, I am assuming he was the owner, was incredibly rude and demeaning. I will never go back there ever again and I will advise anyone else to do the same. Mistakes happen, that I understand. Treating customers poorly, I do not.

Reasonable prices, fast service. We tried many different cleaners in the area but Society Cleaners toped our list. Just had my drycleaning picked up and did not even charge us for the alterations done on my pants.
