I took 5 pair of my husbands docker type pants in on 1/22 for cleaning. They charged me $11.25 . the pick up date was 1/23 but I went in on 1/26 to pick up. And to leave a bed skirt for cleaning. When the cashier brought over my items, I noticed immediately a black long sleeve shirt which I had never seen before. It was not mine. Then I noticed 4 pair pants, not 5 . I told her one pair pants was missing. She implied that I was mistaken . The mistake was made by them. I know what I brought in. She asked what the other pair looked like, I said they were of the same type and fabric as the other 4. and Black. She noted what had happen and said someone would call me in the morning. No one called, I called on Tue. about 2:30 and ask to speak to the manager or owner about the missing pant. She said, she was told to tell me that their was a miscount. If that were the case, why would I pay for 5 pieces ? If I brought in 4. And why would they give me back 1 black shirt and 4 pair pants. ? Me being naive, left the shirt there, thinking someone would return looking for their shirt and return my pant. I would feel better discussing this with someone vested in this business. Not the cashier, who does not have the authority to resolve this issue.

I was excited to use this new place. I brought about 20 items. When I picked up, they had ruined one pair of pants and said they would immediately refund me for the pants, so I did not mind too much. They asked me how much the pants cost and I told them $70 in which they told me $40 was the most the would refund for any item. Okay... Then I checked the other garments and found that two of the white shirts had markings that were not previously there so they said they would redo the shirts. The next time I went to pick them up one shirt had changed at all (which they told me must have already been there before I brought the shirt because their machines wouldnt have damaged the shirt) and the other shirt was even worse then the first time with a brown mark down the side of the arm. I asked them to please just refund me for the shirts so it could be over with and they said they can not give refunds for these items. Definitely worth a little extra money to go to Southside Cleaners

Wish they had minus 3 stars, because thats what a dry cleaner that destroy your cloths should be ranked. How do you even stain cloth in a "dry" cleaner?! not one of the shirts was properly ironed, either the collar or the area by the buttons was messed up. Bottom line I lost about $250 worth of cloth and had to redo it all. Even after they redid the shirts, it still had stains, you would think that they will check before they give it back to you.. I wont even park in that parking lot again.

Had a wonderful experience at Regal Cleaners! I took in a nice white bed spread with 2 pillow shams and they did an amazing job. There were several stains on it when I took it in, but now it is bright white and spotless. They miscounted my pants when I took them in. To make up for it they didnt charge me for the pair they didnt count. I am thankful for their great service at great prices! The staff is kind, too.

Every now and then companies big and small make mistakes and how they handle those mistakes can build strong customer loyalty or even greater disloyalty. I can tell you Regal Cleaners went above and beyond to handle my recent situation which has made me an even more loyal customer. I recommend that you give them an opportunity to earn your business; you can certainly expect great service at a great value!

Only bring your cheap clothes. Ive never seen this happen anywhere --- but its happened 3 times to me already so Ive stopped going --- they crease the pants on a differnt line --- so now I have a bunch of slacks with multiple creases. When I asked that they fix it they just add another crease. That basically ruins the clothes until you go somewhere else and get them done correctly.

I have been using these guys for quite some time now and I can only wonder why more people dont use them. The price is outstanding and so is the quality. People think just because they are at a cheap price, you get bad quality, but the reality is they have the same machines and chemicals as the other guys. Wanna save money and get great customer service, switch to them.

I just picked up my 2 coats, a scarves, and a tie, and they look wonderful! This dry cleaner is affordable, and they do a good job. I do not what else to say. I dry clean very few things, as I can wash shirts, but coats, ties, and most scarves cannot b washed. I have used them previously, a couple times a year, and they always have done a good job.

I have never been to big into getting dry cleaning done because it is so expensive, however i figured i would try out a place with such great prices! And I am so glad I did they have great prices and its so fast i dropped my stuff before work and it was ready by the time I got off! They also do free! pick up and delivery!

if you dont want your clothes take it to Regal Cleaners. I take a few clothes and completely damaged, stained, shrunken, badly ironed. my experience was awful, so I learned that it is better to pay a little more elsewhere but do a good job and not lose everything by paying less. that was my experience on Regal Cleaners.

We began using Regal Cleaners years ago when we first moved to Lakeland. We have been very pleased with the speed and efficiency of their very reasonably priced service. They always remember our name without being prompted and treat us very courteously. We highly recommend Regal as absolute best anywhere.

The only place I will take my dry cleaning. The best part is their free pick up and delivery service! The driver is super friendly and I love not having to go to the store. Affordable dry cleaning+ free pick up and delivery = my forever dry cleaner !!!!! I also learned it is a family run business!

I have been using Regal Cleaners since I re-located to lakeland a couple of months ago. I have been very pleased with their great service and courteous employees. It is nice to walk in and have someone address you with your first name. I definitely recommend!!!

Amazing place to take your dry cleaning!!! I have been bringing my clothes here for years. The do an amazing job! I took my husbands brand new jacket here because he somehow got ink on it. Regal cleaners removed the ink stain and had it looking new again.

Had been a regular customer for a while, but this last service was bad. Pants and shirt were not pressed had to press myself to get the wrinkles out . I could have washed and pressed my own clothes at less the cost my self. I wasted $15.00.
