This place is unbelievable. TERRIBLE customer service. NEVER SMILED, NEVER WELCOMED ME, NEVER. THEN, hands me a slip - no pricing on it. I have no idea how much replacement of a zipper (which is a $250.00 DKNY jacket and I have a special request on the zipper) sew on a button and clean it. I have no idea what to expect. Ive been trying to call them also for 30 minutes and THEY ARENT ANSWERING. Must be that rude old lady with the short haircut. Bahumbug. Taking my business elsewhere. Tell ya what though, If my jacket comes back to me less than perfection I will refuse to pay it and tell the owner with employees like this they will be out of business soon. I also am in sales.

Dry cleaning quality was satisfactory, however it is pricey and the woman I dealt with was very unfriendly.
