On October 27 I dropped off 6 dress shirts to be cleaned and pressed. I received a receipt for 6 shirts after the woman at the counter hand counted them out. Upon returning Nov 9 to pick up my clean shirts they gave me 5 shirts. When I asked the woman at the counter where my other shirt was at she said that they recounted the following day and only found 5 shirts. I then proceeded show her my receipt and then looked through my shirts and described the shirt that was missing. She said that she would search the facility to find my missing shirt and also let the owner know what had happened. I have made 6 phone calls to White Swan to follow up with the issue and they have not found the shirt, the owner has yet to contact me which has been promised during every phone conversation and they have done nothing to correct the situation. The shirt that went missing was a custom tailored shirt from Saks Fifth Ave. How convenient! If you value your clothing DO NOT USE White Swan.

Took in my daughters new homecoming so they could press it before she wore it. Picked it up the next day it was just as wrinkled! The manager even took pics of it so she could show her boss. If they cant press an outfit, it makes me wonder if they bother cleaning. On the upside, she did not hesitate in giving me a refund, and she was very apologetic. She saved this from being a one-star review.

Ive been going to them to launder and press my button up dress shirts for the last four years, and ive never had a single complaint. Shirts always come back looking brand new
