I recently brought a gown to Fairmont Cleaners to be dry cleaned. The dress was made of sensitive material and had stitching that started coming off. The owner (I forget his name) came out from the back and explained to me what he recommended be done to ensure that the dress (specifically the stitching) does not continue to come off. He had the dress brought to a trailer to have it fixed before cleaning. Being that I originally told the owner that I needed it no later than 7 days later, when it was ready, he personally called right away notifying me. The dress came out beautiful and clean as well as the stitching.. And all for a reasonable price.

I have been using them for years they are a pleasure to work with. the owner is really a very nice person and cares about the customer. they even have a same day service if in case you really need something. they pickup and deliver as well. I had a issue with losing a few of my shirts when i went in to let him now know he was great about it he said give med a few days if there not back ill give you what you paid for them or value. i took credit at the store. They all do a amazing job and the price is great as well. you can pay a lot more at other places and the quality will still not match up.

First time going...Terrible experience, terrible customer service, I took in three pair of expensive jeans expecting them to be dry cleaned and to my surprise they had washed and dried and barley pressed...RUINED, and then the rude young manager said they followed the care instructions which was to wash and dry which I was never informed of...I couldve done that at home, I wanted my items dry cleaned not washed and dried...completely ruined and completely disappointed...

I took in an old but beautiful quilt I intended to give as a gift. I wanted to have it cleaned before I sent it off but I was afraid because of the hard-drawn artwork on the quilt. I met with Steve and we discussed options. He was 100% knowledgeable and helped me make the right decision for my item. I really appreciated his help. They are now my dry permanent cleaners. I took a nice suit to these people. They were always very nice, even when they told me my ruined suit was not their fault. It looked perfect when I dropped it off, except some wrinkles, and when it came back it had two huge splotches on it. Nothing was done about it and they refused to take responsibility. If you value your clothing find a different cleaner.
