They ruined (shrunk) my sweater and did nothing about it. My husbands shirts consistently came back with broken and missing buttons. They are not at all customer oriented. There are much better options in town, e.g., London Cleaners.

Says budget...same price as everywhere else...thats like saying "diet" but having the same calories... false advertising is you ask me.
