I took a suit, some pants, and 3 of my wifes dresses to be drycleaned. The price was a little high, but I thought you pay for what you get. I was wrong. While another customer was present, the owner/manager gave me my clothes back when I came to pick them up. They were all there. He said "have a good day," and I left. The next morning, at 8:35, he calls and asks me to call him. I call back and he says "I wanted to tell you yesterday, but the other customer was there" and proceeded to tell me that my wifes black and white dress disolved/fell apart during dry cleaning. He said he also knew the following: He knew I was going down the strip mall a little bit to check out some stores after I left, and my car was still there. He had my phone number. He should have told me while I was there, but wanted to conceal his eff up in front of the other customer and conceal it to me. This is unnacceptable, I will be back to demand a refund and payment for the dress today. I am also going to be a lawyer in less than a month (hopefully) and will enforce my rights as need be if he is uncooperative. Dont go here, go somewhere else for your drycleaning.

They ruined the collar on my shirt and when I approached the guy about it he said thats the style of the shirt!!!! He claims "cleaning is all they do" but I gave them a blazer with baby formula stains and he gave it back to me with the same stains still visibly on it....I couldve cleaned it honestly better at home which I ended up doing. I was yelled at, overcharged and had my shirt ruined. I know sometimes things go wrong at the cleaners and all the owner has to do is apologize but this guy like yelling more than offer good customer service, so...... Good luck to whoever wants to use this place:(

Take your clothes somewhere else. Two of my dress shirts got holes in the collars from him. He refused to pay for new shirts. Instead he yelled at me and said return them to the store. For the sake of your clothes , go somewhere else. I am.

I always bring my clothes here and have had no issues. I will continue to bring them to May-Som Cleaners.

Way overpriced. $6.95 to dryclean a pair of regular sized mens pants? Really?
