EXTREMELY POOR customer service; will not go back to this establishment! Dropped off my clothes and presented a gift certificate that I had purchased about a year ago (but the certificate clearly noted there was no expiration date). The lady at the front looked at it and said that I just needed to bring it back with me when I came to pick up my clothes and pay (never even mentioning that they may not accept the card). However, when I returned the next day, another lady told me she had never seen that gift card before, and even offensively insinuated that I may have produced it fraudulently! She called the manager, who simply said that they werent accepting those gift cards any more and that I would have to pay full price. When I called the company from whom the gift card was purchased, they confirmed that yes, indeed, this establishment had chosen to stop honoring these gift certificates. Thankfully, the gift card company (not White Swan Cleaners) ate the cost and reimbursed me the purchased value of the card. Moral of the story: DO NOT trust this poorly run, unethically managed establishment!

One of few places that can get your clothes done same day. If you get it there by 9-10am. HOWEVER if you want military creases you will likely see about a 50% success rate at best. every time I take my shirts there I get Military creases but some of the shirts have only half the creases. either front or back, rarely all 4 sides. not to mention occasionally you have a double crease on a sleeve or one of the front / back creases. sometimes the front and sleeves will be done but no back. If you never get Military creases then I guess you will be happy here, if you do then be prepared to just get shotty work. FYI Mil creases are extra so not getting them perfect is bullshit.

Went there tonight at 7:59 was met by the rudest young lady who Laughed and shouted out already closed I said you cant just take these clothes she replied nope come back at 8! No Im sorry just thought it was funny wont be and imagine that they have a Now hiring sign out front so if you are rude and have no concept of customer service apply here! If I could would be negative stars

Best service hands down. The staff is always Very nice and so helpful, the service is fast with Great quality. They really are a Quality Cleaners and a one stop shop for any alterations you might need.

They do decent job cleaning and washing, I have not had any problems with that. The place is somewhat more expensive than smaller cleaners in the area.
