Reviews on here are a little outdated. I went to this place because of the 5 star reviews on here and in short they are no where near 5 star service. I had them dry clean a shirt and a womens jacket, I only had them clean one shirt as sort of a trial run since in my experience with previous cleaners is that they fade the collars of my shirts to almost a white. Good thing I did a trial run, because when I got my shirt back all of the buttons on the end of the arms were severely chipped. Now I also know that at times the button breaks and there is nothing we can do about it that is why there are extra buttons that come with the shirt, but all four go from fine to chipped in one cleaning? That is not normal. With the jacket, the zippers for the pockets on the front are all scratched and it is a jacket that has only been worn once. Long story short, they are clearly not taking even decent care of the cloths while they clean them. So if all you want is a quick cleaning and don not mind getting the close back in the same condition you left them in, go for it. I on the other hand will not.

I took 2 sets of custom drapes in, and they said they could do drapes no problems. After looking at them, they declined to do one set as they had tassels (and that is fine...I appreciated the honesty) however the second set came back with hard creases in it and two inches longer than what I took in. They did not touch the floor when I brought them it...they dragged after. They refused to accept responsibility, and would not help repair or replace them. They had white lines of faded material at each crease line. These were not pleated drapes when I brought them in. I suspect they stretched the damp drapes while pressing. The corded edges no long lay properly. I was very disappointed in this facility.
