I went there last week. I gave them 16 pieces of my clothes when I took them back 2-3 days later when I went to home i realized my one of my pants was different. it wasnt my pant. they mixed one other customer pant. I went to them and explained the situation but they said this is your pant you need to take this. I told them this is not even my size and you made a mistake and not helping me?? the guys called BJ said there is nothing he can do. he claimed himself owner of the place. anyway if you take your clothes there, they might change with something else.

I was in town on business and needed some quick turnaround on my clothes. (something leaked in my suitcase) I saw this cleaner in the shopping plaza close to my hotel. So, I took all my work wear and told them my story, and they were so accommodating. The cleaned all my stuff the same day, and the spot removal, and pressing were terrific. The staff was so nice, and I found the pricing to be inline. Next time in Ft. Lauderdale and need clothes cleaned- Ocean Cleaners will be my go to place.

Runied three brand new dress shirts, accused me of bringing them in stained. All three have large brown stains on front, stated it was not their work, that we brought them in that way. Did not take responsibility for their shoddy work, now I have to replace three brand new shirts. CUSTOMERS BEWARE - NOT A GOOD BUSINESS!!!!

I was in town visiting before heading to a business trip and decided to pop in and see if I could get some shirts cleaned and pressed within 24 hrs. They did better than that - dropped off at 8am and they were ready by 3pm! Great service, friendly staff. Ill use them on all future trips to the area. They earned my loyalty!
