i used this cleaner for the first time but doubt I would return. i brought in some curtains primarily to remove some stains and when i picked them up and brought them home, nothing had changed, stains were still there. i made yet another trip back to ask about the stains and show them the curtains, they said somebody was supposed have called me regarding it but that did not happen, so for me, it was a waste of money. i would have not had them done if the stains were not removable. disappointed in how it was handled with no resolution or apologies only limited communication, not the best feeling on the customer service. so many other places that would have provided better customer care.

There are two situations you generally write reviews. When you have a bad experience and when you have a great experience. Im happy to say that I had a great experience at this particular Dry Cleaner. Tim, the owner, can still be found working at this location most mornings, over thirty years after opening up his first Dry Cleaners. Hes the epitome of what great customer service is, and should be a model for other local business owners. Holliday Cleaners offers fair prices and stands by their work, and usually has your garments back to you within 2-3 business days. I cant speak more highly of this local business.

Had a shirt full of spots everywhere and brought it here, the customer service was excellent and they were honest enough to tell me that the stains might not come off but that theyll do their best. In the end all the stains were going and I was very satisfied with the service. I will be coming here since its on my way to work!

My pilates studio is just a few steps away from Holliday Cleaners located at The Promenade Shops of Bay Colony. I go here twice a week and the service is always on time, always cleaned to perfection and the owner takes pride in his business. I can highly recommend Holliday Cleaners.

This is the best Dry Cleaners out there, owner takes customers satisfaction seriously and they remove or try to remove any stains on your clothes. Additionally they specialize in leather and rugs. Customer Service is a plus as well. Must come here :)
