It started one time with the little hang tag telling me they couldnt get the stain out. It was their stain and the fellow at the store told me they probably could get it out but didnt want to be late delivering my shirt. What good is a dirty shirt thats on time? I asked. I sent it back again. Then over the next several weeks more tags -- all stains from their plant. The final straw: three tags out of four items I picked up. I called, not even to complain as much as to let them know theres a problem with their equipment or operators. The guy in the store couldnt hear it. The manager of the plant was straight out defensive. And the name of the owner was a deep dark secret (I found it anyway, but if he doesnt care, neither do I). This is dry cleaning -- its just not worth the time this took, much less dealing with crap. Too many other places to go. Too bad.
