This is for the location on 1622 E Sheridan St Hollywood FL: Beware bringing your garments here, they lie. It was a new location near my newly moved Publix so I figured Id give them a shot for convenience sake. First visit was fine, no issues. Went back dropped off a skirt, went back to pick up the skirt on the morning of 12/22 and bring in some clothes to get cleaned for the holidays. First strike - they couldnt turn anything around before Christmas which was disappointing. I didnt have my ticket for the skirt but asked her to look it up by my number, she did and said there was nothing for me. Now I thought this was odd but honestly I am 8 months pregnant so thought, hey, maybe I did pick it up and not remember. I went home and searched through everything, no skirt. I went back today 1/6, to pick up the clothes that couldnt be ready before Christmas and since I had torn my house apart looking for the skirt, I had my ticket for that as well. I handed her the ticket for the skirt with the ticket for the other items, she comes back with the other items - no skirt. Says its not there. Looks in the computer again, says I picked it up on 12/22. Well now I was pissed, and insisted that no, I did not pick up the skirt on the 22nd since that was when she said it wasnt there the last time. I insisted she go back and find it, and did, meaning that on 12/22 when she couldnt find it, she marked it as picked up. Thank goodness I had my ticket. I will not be returning to this location and highly warn anyone going there that they make sure they keep their tickets b/c they lie and will not return your garments. The woman wasnt even apologetic.

What a great Dry Cleaner! First off, Gareth Wark, the man in charge of this shop has a terrific personality; very polite to all his customers; along with an old-school work ethic. Something totally lacking with most businesses in South Florida... When it comes to price, you cant be beat One Price Dry Cleaning! Gareth has a sign in the front window; noting his DC is yacht friendly! Yet its that way for anyone who walks thru the front door. Cruiseship passengers like this location, too, because of its proximity to Port Everglades. My wife and I highly recommend Gareth and his business to anyone in Fort Lauderdale; visitors or locals. Lorne and Chris Hailstone, loyal customers!

The man that runs this company is a very wonderful person and works hard to take care of his employees as well as everyone that comes into his store. This is a hard business behind the scenes and he handles each person and their items with care. I have firsthand seen that and seen other companies that try to do better. They really do a great job and if you ever have an issue with customer service (which you shouldnt) blame it on the 1000 degree heat in there. Lol there is no getting around being a little cranky in that kind of steam heat added to south Florida. So be kind to your server they will surely be kind to you ;)

Ive been going to this place for quite sometime.. NO MORE!! This is the second time I brought in new pants for alterations. The first time they were not able to find the pants for 3 or 4 days!! Now, this time, I brought in another pair of new pants for alterations on a Wednesday afternoon. Was told they would be ready the following Tuesday. I was attending a concert that night and once again, I was told they were not ready, as promised and written on my receipt... Good luck in going here..

Poor service, Ive been a loyal customer for over a year but they provide no service or accountability when they make a mistake. They miss deadlines for alterations and have lost buttons on an expensive sports coat and the cashier doesnt even apologize. She just says there is nothing they can do.

Ive been a loyal customer for 2 years. They do an outstanding job with all my garments. Great customer service. if you need your garments cleaned this is the place to go. 2 thumbs up!!!
