This place is dis-honest and doesnt know how to treat customers well. I was quoted $2.75 per shirt over the phone for dry cleaning. When I went to pick up, they charged me $6.50 per shirt for dry cleaning, and then laundered two of my shirts, even though I requested dry cleaning for everything. When I spoke to the manager, Reena, to see if she would make it right, she said "I did nothing wrong; I did the right thing." When I told her it was dishonest to quote one price and then charge more than twice as much after the fact, she completely shut down and told me, and I quote, "Then I dont want your business. I dont want business from people like you." If customer service is important to you, then go elsewhere. If honesty is important to you, then go elsewhere. If you expect to pay the price you are quoted and not have your items held hostage if you dont want to pay more than twice what you were quoted when you show up to claim your items, then go elsewhere. There are too many other good businesses out there who deserve your support. This one deserves to go under!!

We have moved over 23 times, all around the United States. Never, in all the Professional Cleaners we have used, has there EVER been a place like Passion Cleaners! The customer service provided by Ms. Reena is so refreshing and so RARE to find these days. I took an OLD, stained, and very yellowed, handmade wedding dress to see what she could do for me. If I could advertise the dress, I would. IT IS UNBELIEVABLE how beautiful and how completely different it looks!! The detail of the delicate lacing, the hand sewn individual buttons of 29 down the back, 8 on each cuff with detailed, delicate lacing all enhanced and brought to life by Passion Cleaners!! You HAVE to go and see the work and magic of this place. Alterations, mending, repairs, anything and almost everything, Reena will work with you and what you want to do. She is 5 for 5 in my trips there and clearly a 5 star business!

Best cleaner! I have had clothes dry cleaned and laundered by many cleaners in the past but Passion Cleaners has given me the best service and results, by far. Clothes are cared for with extreme attention to detail. As an example, the French cuffs on my shirts are always pinned up exactly as they should be. Ive had to explain this to many cleaners in the past only to have them tell me that they dont perform this service. I would highly recommend Passion Cleaners to anyone looking for service above and beyond that of the usual in the industry... Very satisfied!

Passion Cleaners! I am so excited to give my review because the service is great and my clothes or cleaned above standard! The owners makes me feel they appreciate my business! One of the owner that I interact with each time I drop off and pickup is so wonderful, sweet, and caring! I know why they named the business Passion Cleaner because she has a so much passion. We have been loyal customers since the store opened. My husband and I would not think of going anyplace else! Love you guys!!! We highly recommend this cleaners! You will not be disappointed!

I am a somewhat recent transplant to Palm Beach and hadnt had a need for a dry cleaner until recently and when I did I had no clue where to go. I am so thrilled that I stumbled upon this gem! I found the google reviews and decided to give it a shot. I absolutely adored the owner Rena and they did a phenomenal job on the dresses and gown that I brought in. I was beyond pleased! If you are looking for exceptional service and a dry cleaner that goes above and beyond then Passion is the place for you! I am so happy to have found my new dry cleaner!

Passion Cleaners next to Publix in Palm Beach Gardens is excellent - and the best in the area. I would recommend them highly. I moved to this area two years ago and tried two other dry cleaners before Passion Cleaners. They provide the very best service in a timely manner. it is obvious this family-owned business takes tremendous pride in their work. I also like that the location is convenient to Publix and offers plenty of available parking for a quick in and out. I just found out they have free pick up and delivery too!

Horrible and unprofessional. We brought a dress to them which was damaged to see if they could repair it and they could not. They lied to my wife regarding our NEVER asking them to clean the dress. When they refused to return it to us, I was prepared to take legal action and they relented and returned the dress. This is an ETHICAL issue. I never do business with anyone who lies to me or tries to cheat me. They did both. I am through with them.

Passion Cleaners does an outstanding job on all my clothing and bedding. Their professional hand-washing cleans my delicate items without any wear and tear. The bedding is so perfectly ironed that it is amazing. Their seamstress tailored slacks and sweaters to an exact fit, and look. And now, Im taking table clothes in from large catering events and getting outstanding value as well.

This has been the WORST experience. I am here from out of town and picked this place because it was close to my office; had good reviews; and when I came In they promised to have everything back today. They have failed to deliver a cleaned and fixed jacket as promised. I am getting back a jacket dirty and not repaired as promised. Luckily I have two but its not the answer.

The wife dropped off her wedding dress to be cleaned, The owner/manager Reena ended up charging my wife 120% over average prices for the area, When I called to discuss the issues she started yelling and hung up on me, TWICE!!! WOW! I cant believe there are businesses this day and age that treat their customers this way. BBB F rating!!!!!! Look It up and see for yourselves.

Top quality and superior customer service! Ive tried a few other dry cleaners around the area and found them to be unsatisfactory. Passion Cleaners offers personal care and attention to all my garments. Everyone is friendly and professional. Ive used their seamstress a few times. Service was quick and every item fit perfectly. I 100% recommend anyone going here!
