If you are unable to clean something you should tell me BEFORE I drop it off and BEFORE I pay $50 for it! I went to pick up my comforter and it didnt look any different. I told the girl at the front that it looks the exact same as it did when I dropped it off. So she called the owner up to the front and I proceeded to tell the owner that my comforter did not come clean. So she said, "well this isnt going to come clean." My response was, "why didnt you tell that to me when I dropped it off, BEFORE I paid $50 for you to clean it???" The owner was extremely rude, made absolutely no attempt to clean my comforter and so now Im out $50 and still have a dirty comforter. I will be sure to report this place to the BBB. I was cheated and disrespected and that wont be tolerated. SHAME ON YOU! Attempted to "Manage" her employee by calling them on their day off in-front of me & include me in the conversation, so unprofessional!!! She called the police on me after she carded me for her services & hid my dry cleaning bc I told her I was going to just dispute the charge since it wasnt effectively cleaned. What is she going to say to the police? She took her dry cleaning after I charged & collected $, but I wanted to keep it until she came back & paid me twice with cash & credit card? ridiculous & clearly foreign to this country and how to deliver customer service.

I been using Prestige Cleaners for over 10 years. My job requires that I look good. I have many ( probably too many) very expensive suits. There is no place that I feel that I can trust more with my clothing. They have typically a very short turn around ( 24 hours). They are open on the weekends, very early in the morning, and they are supposed to close at 7pm, but ususally will still catch them all the way to almost 8pm. They are great with stains( and I am great at making them). They do the work there and dont farm it to another location. I have never had double lines. And really the thing that puts them over the top is that Mrs. Lee who is in charge of the day to day operations really cares. This place might be a little more expensive than their competition, but worth it.

your drape pricing policy stinks! You must bring in the drapes for a price to be given. Why would anyone in their right mind want to drive around town schlepping their drapes in and out of cleaners -- to get a price. Does it depend on how nice they are? You post no pricing in your store either -- one can not tell how much something costs without asking. Too much hassle to use you anymore. According to my records I spent over $1200 in your store in 2008. You can kiss that goodbye for 2009. Cheers.

Ive tried them twice with a handful of clothing articles. Some required alterations, some required cleaning. On both cleaning and alterations, they did a terrible job -- yet charged much more than what I would expect. I used them because they were nearby, but now I will be looking for a new dry cleaner. The women at the counter were also rude.

The owner of this business is Mr. Lee. His store in Plantation, FL lost an order of mine. He has not returned my calls, and when i was able to get his wife on the line she simply hung-up on me and then blocked my number after i called back immediately. The Plantation store is Dry Clean Pro.

Excellent service !! Tommy silk shirts and shorts. The price is not exspensive compared to others around so Im not sure why the reviews state otherwise. Ive phoned around to price items out and they are actually less by a few dollars.

I had gone here for years and will never go back. The prices are outrageous and the "little girls" behind the counter are rude and bitchy and know nothing about customer service. Will tell everyone not to go there

Thay always take good care of me and do a good job. The prices are reasonable and they have never lost anything. I use them frequently - usually about 3 times a month for the past 4 years.

VERY Expensive. I was charged $24 for one dress and one pair of slacks. I could not get a clear answer on their prices nor are they listed anywhere.
