I have always used Shores Dry Cleaning since them opening. When I look at their website and it says "Rush Service Available" that means to me same day service and was put under the impression that they did do same day dry cleaning. I needed my work sports coat and and pants dry cleaned Pronto! Stopped by early in the morning to drop it off. The woman working said we are not a plant and we cant do same day service. Okay that is fair and her fully knowing that I have always used them. I asked who was near by that did same day, she shrugged her shoulders and made a weird face and bold faced lied and said "I dont know". To bad you just lost over $100 of dry cleaning a month. I will not return after you lied to me. You need to take care of your loyal customers.

Recently i brought my clothes to be tailored and they did a great job, service is always fast and the quality is best. I tried other dry cleaners near my work but the quality was just not the same. Now that Martha the tailor is there all week i can get any alterations my family needs done right away. I recommend Shore Cleaners to anyone looking for a good reliable place to take care of your clothes.

Bocas Breeze

Dropped off several shirts and suits. Said they would be ready by Tuesday. Still not ready on Wednesday. Was given the address of the dry cleaner warehouse. Still charged full price. Said it wasnt their fault. I suppose it was my fault for giving them my business.

Total rip off. They increased the cost of my dry-cleaning by 10$ from their original ticket price. Save your money and go down the street!
