NO STARS IF POSSIBLE! Ive never written a review before but if I can deter even ONE person from not going I would be happy. I read the bad reviews on here but I ignored them because Oxxo was close and convenient. THEY RUINED THE MOST SIMPLE OF CLOTHING! destroyed the coloring. AND TO TOP IT OFF, when the manager looked at the damage he claims it was NOT THEIR FAULT (not sure how they could think that?) and wouldnt give me ANY money back or admit fault. FURTHER, I tried to complain about how rude the store manager was but because this is a franchise every store owner is their own boss essentially and they have full control. Please, for the sake of your own clothes, time and stress DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!! The label said "hand wash only" which they disregarded and destroyed the coloring. LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS. These people are CROOKS. Refer to the 2.5 star rating on Yelp if you need further proof! Since then, I have found another cleaner that is amazing called Sudsies. Absolutely recommend!

I tried this Oxxo location as I moved to Brickell recently, and the only feeling I have is REGRET. Not only they missed the promised date by 3 days, but as soon as I get home I realize that they ruined 2 of my shirts, one of them just two weeks old. Took that shirt back to the store, asked for a refund of the price of the shirt, just to get a rude response from the worker saying that the manager "will contact me", which never happened. Finally I get a hold of the manager (Melissa Duque) on the phone, and she tells me that they wash "thousands of shirts a day, and it never happens, even with very expensive brands worth thousands and thousands of dollars", and that she is not going to honor my claim. Not only she refuses to acknowledge their mistake, but also she has the worse attitude possible, as if being rude would just make me walk away. Do yourself and your clothes a favor... avoid this location!!!

Awfull Awfull Awfull, service was a disgrace, my pants hemline were torn, and the quality of the dryclean finish was so bad, I pointed this out at the time and the employee decided to freestyle with excuses. I reluctanly left but refturened on principal, the employee recogised me, comfimed he knew the problem, confirmed my name and telephone number, I had the receipt. I explained I was very unhappy and asked if they could re-do them, propoerley this time, they said they were unbale too due to company policy. No stars...........take your cloths there at your own risk.....

Friendly service and love that I can pick up my clothes at any time of the day with their pre-paid service. I spoke to the manager, Alex, when needing something urgently for a trip. He was extremely professsional and even arranged for delivery right before leaving out of town. Happy to pay a bit more for a green solution to cleaning my clothes. Sure beats all those nasty and harmful chemicals at other cleaners.

The costumer service at this location is awesome. Very welcoming always same young guy that helps me and my clothes always comes back perfectly clean. I recommend them if you need a dry cleaner.
