Lady at the front desk on my first two visits did not speak English and simply handed me a piece of paper and said "numero" for me to give my cell phone to lookup my account. On my second visit, I brought a few month old Hugo Boss white dress shirt and an older dress shirt, also white. The clothes were returned to me with tiny burn holes on both shirts and small stains in a number of spots. The two ladies at the store first told me the holes were stains and that maybe I had caused them. I pointed out the small stains and they couldnt care less. I took the shirts home rather than have the store try to clear the stains. I spoke to the manager after maybe a week, and she told me that the holes were cigarette burns that I created. I dont smoke and I only wear the shirts to work, where no one smokes (indoors). Also, the holes were a fraction of the size of a cigarette burn. I will never return to this store and I hope this serves as a warning of their non-existent customer service.

I WANTED TO GIVE THEM NO STARS BUT THE SYSTEM WOULDNT LET ME Horrible place and horrible attitude from the lady in front., I took several shirts to get pressed and when i pick them up and got back home, what a surprise i got. They destroyed on shirt, a big tore in the back and two others shirts had little burns. When my wife complained their answer was, that was caused by moths!!! They didnt even gave my back what i spend, dont come here is not worth the aggravation.

These are the worlds worse cleaners. They lost my shirt and would only give me a store credit. They cant differentiate between medium and heavy starch. They take forever and often dont have it ready when they say they do. Finally, they destroy buttons like Ive never seen before. Do not use these people.

Great service and very affordable. i was missing some buttons before dropping it off they put them on without me even asking them!!

Took one pant and a suit to fix some tailoring (minor), cost $80 dollars. The same fix in a high end NYC tailor cost me $40.
