I was searching online for a dry cleaner to bring my expensive, couture lace wedding dress to and finally decided on Sudsies. They were the most expensive option but they specialize in high fashion gowns so I knew my dress was in good hands. They also offer a preservation option for wedding dresses and gowns which I highly recommend because it will protect your dress from yellowing. When I dropped it off, I was greeted by their team and they immediately examined the dress and told me it would be professionally cleaned by hand. These guys clearly knew what they were doing. I trusted the Sudsies team with my most valuable, expensive piece of clothing and, as promised, it was ready within two weeks. When I dropped it off originally, the dress was really dirty on the bottom from dancing all night and being dragged by my heels. There was also some minor makeup stains on the top. When they delivered it to my apartment in Brickell, it was in perfect condition. The delicate lace was meticulously cleaned, the tulle was restored back to its original white color, and it looked better than brand new. I have since become a regular customer and have brought my husbands suits and work clothes and my hard-to-clean cashmere sweaters. Ill never use another dry cleaner again. Thank you Sudsies!!

Sudsies is the absolute gold standard in dry cleaners! From the time you pull into the creatively named parking spots, to the bright, clean, welcoming and oh so fragrant store you cant help but realize, this is not your ordinary dry cleaners. Everyone-- and I mean everyone, is courteous, friendly, helpful, informative and just really nice, especially the owner Jason! I have taken many items to be cleaned and they have been returned beautifully packaged, spotlessly cleaned and someone from the family team (cant call them staff!) always offers to take them to the car for me. I called one time because I was cutting it close to their closing time and when I arrived about 10 minutes after 7:00 p.m., they were waiting for me!! We just recently had a fundraiser for Camillus House at the Trina Turk boutique in MiMo and the outfits that were loaned to us were taken to Sudsies for dry cleaning. I would not trust any other dry cleaner to handle the beautiful and vibrant colors of the Trina Turk designs. Of course they looked like we had never worn them! I dont care how far you have to drive to get to Sudsies, it is so worth it!

My experience with Sudsies have been amazing! Before coming to Sudsies I used a different dry cleaner, their services was not the best and they couldve used some help in the customer relations department. The last straw was when I brought in a white dress shirt with a red wine stain on the sleeve, not only did they not clean the shirt but that also pressed the shirt with stain in it. I was upset with the service I received, and I decided to give Sudsies a try. Their first test in my book was the shirt that my last cleaners were not able to clean. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a very warm and welcoming "hello and how may we help you" I told them what happened and they assured me they will do their best to remove the stain. When I returned to pick up the shirt I pleased to see that they were able to remove the stain. Their quality of work is second to none and their customers service ranks even higher. I’m very happy to be a customer with Sudsies and they will continue to have my business.

Fabulous cleaners!!!! Delivery and pickup right at my front door! Wonderful job! Fairly priced. And customer service is AMAZING! Recently had a issue with a double billing on my statement and called. Tamika researched the problem and called me back within hours.....the problem was resolved and she couldnt have been kinder! Telling me my business was greatly appreciated, the IT team was looking into the situation so it wouldnt happen again and if there was anything else she could do to help it would be her pleasure....short of receiving free dry cleaning for life, she did everything imaginable to assure my satisfaction! A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!! Have been using Sudsies for years and this is the first problem Ive ever encountered...!

We have been clients of Sudsies for several months now. Our experience from the beginning has been EXCEPTIONAL! Whether we have Luis pick up/drop off the dry cleaning or we drop off/pick up the dry cleaning the service is professional, friendly, and all around first class. When they noticed a rip in my suit jacket, I got a call explaining the situation and providing an estimate on the repair (the cost of which was less than the estimate). In another instance they went above and beyond what I considered exceptional service. A huge thank you to Tameka, Jackie (Asst. Mgr.), Luis (Gen. I have used Sudsies on several occasions and I can say they are one of the most professional services I have used thus far. I feel comfortable leaving them with my clothes and the staff has always been very friendly. They make the process as convenient as possible. They pick up and deliver your clothes right to your door, so if your really busy like me, this is a godsend. Also, unlike some other businesses, they actually accept credit cards!

I have been referring Sudsies dry cleaners to all of my residents for years. Their quality of dry cleaning is hands down the best In Miami. They handle all of my residents high end clothing. I am currently referring all residents of the Blue and Green Diamonds to them. Sudsies understands how to clean designer and high end fashion. My residents love them and this is the only dry cleaners I would refer my business too.

Really great work. If youre looking for quality, this is where you come. Theyre pricier than your average corner dry cleaner. But if youre purchasing designer pieces, you want them cared properly. I recently send my Tom Ford shirts that I was really worried about. The shirts came back looking great. They pick up and deliver to my building in Brickell. Overall really happy with how professional they are.

We are very happy with Sudsies. My daughters got paint on their tutu outfits during a graduation celebration. Fortunately for us Sudsies did a miraculous restoration process on their clothing and the clothes came out perfect. I took the items to another cleaners prior to Sudsies and they told me that they couldnt help me. Thank you very much Sudsies. You are the best cleaners in America.
