WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TOWN. I took a good quality shirt to be pressed only and they damaged it. What I assumed that happened was that they accidentally stained it and tried to clean with a harsh solvent, and when they pressed it, the fabric yielded. They did not tell me anything about it when I picked it up. When I found the damage and went back to the store they refused any responsibility. The girl in the counter is arrogant and obnoxious (even before this incident she was clueless about providing customer service). The older woman (probably her mother), was taking care of another customer and then she started badmouthing me, talking trash to the other customer, in her native language, unaware of the fact that I could understand what they were saying. Some people just dont have the least idea of how to manage a business. Would they have accepted accountability, they would have kept my respect and my business. The way they chose to conduct themselves, they lost both. They won instead: FIRST PRIZE FOR WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MIAMI!

I brought my laundry and dry cleaning here for over fifteen years to a lovely Hatian family that took care of everything with minimal to no challenges. They recently sold it to Classy Dry Cleaners. While they did renovate the the space, I feel as though the experience was renovated as well -- and not for the best. It does not have the same familial feel. Equally as important is the lack of attention to detail when cleaning my clothes. My clothes have been misplaced. I have been charged improperly multiple times. And, my clothes were not ready at the agreed upon pick-up time -- more than once. This was my experience over a handful of visits after the change of hands. Could be much better, could be much worse. I hope my favorite Hatian Dry Cleaning family is doing well. You are missed.

Inconsistent service! They typically try to overcharge, so check your invoice and question their pricing. They would try to charge for dry cleaning after you had asked for just a wash and press. Happens frequently! Also, I took a pair of pants there to be altered on a Monday, and was told to return on that Wednesday. I returned the following Monday, and they hadnt even started the alteration. No one called and the lady I dealt with was indifferent. I was then told to return a week later. I also actually had to ask for a discount for the inconvenience. They reluctantly gave me $2.00 off with no apology.

I went to this dry cleaners strictly based on location. After my first visit i was impressed I now take all of my garments here. The staff is attentive, and pleased to assist.The service is on time and the clothes are always immaculate when i pick them up. They have removed coffee stains, replaced missing buttons and hemmed more than a couple of dress slacks at my request. I always recommend this place to friends and co workers who commute the Biscayne corridor.

I have only used this dry cleaners once, but they did an excellent job. They removed a difficult stain Id identified for them, and I have several older, very delicate garments that were returned excellently cleaned and with absolutely no damage. They are a bit pricier than other dry cleaners in the area, but they seem to be worth it.

Thats the worst ever cleaner we have ever been too. They ruined fully a cocktail dress and 2 suits of my husband and one of them even shrink. It is a shame, we have $2500 worth of clothes fully ruined. And the only trouser not ruined was not cleaned !! Never never never go there ....
