Great price and very good quality. Service was pleasant and the place was super clean. I love this place. Convenient location and hours were the initial draw to this dry cleaners, however, the friendly service was a nice perk! Their prices are competitive and fair. After moving to a new area of town, I was on the search for a new dry cleaners that could handle my last minute drop offs and had good hours. This is the one! They not only do a great job on my clothes, but service is always courteous and smiling! The prices are great and my clothes look great too. The eco concept is why I decided to give them a try and I love that there is no lingering odor on the clothing. I must say the place is beautiful inside and super clean.They seem very organized and this gave me the confidence in leaving my items there.

DO NOT GO HERE. I wish I could post photos of what they did to my Gucci skirt (which now looks like it came from Walmart) and favorite jeans. It looks like a kindergartener got ahold of the sewing machine. No exaggeration. The positive reviews that I relied on in finding this place must be friends of theirs. Its going to cost me much more to have the damaged items fixed now - if its even possible. They also tried to give me back a coat that was "clean" even though still totally covered in lint and pet hair. When I suggested it was dirty, they recommended I use a lint roller. They tried to charge me $50, and I walked out. Ive never done that before, but I honestly didnt know what else to do.

Jade Ocean Cleaners, in one word "Amazing". I have been a customer since 1994, and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the dry cleaning, alterations and of course the outstanding service. I have relocated several times, and no matter the distance I will not take my business anywhere else. I take all of my clothes, especially my suits, all of my familys clothes, we have had clothes altered and even fixed. I trust Jade Ocean Cleaners with my most valuable garments. I have found the best dry cleaner in town and look forward to continue doing business with them. Highly recommend!!

We have used Jade Ocean fro the last three years, the owner Mike is very has always taken great care of my drycleaning. I would say over all they are a great value with great service and have enjoyed using them very much. The free pick and delivery is excellent, We will use them again.

Love Jade Ocean Cleaners. They pick up & deliver as well... always a job well done and if there is ever a problem they take care of it immediately with no questions asked. Great customer service and quality work.

Hang service is pretty poor - lots of bad creases. Folding service for travel is only ok. Turnaround is slow and seems to be a negotiation. More expensive than many shops. Tried it a few times, but not again.
