THEYLL STEAL YOUR CLOTHES! Just like the Seinfeld episode!! Been going here for 30 yrs. Even after moving to Hollywood, detouring at Ives on my way to Downtown Miami to go to Clothes Clinic. 200+ minimum each visit. Apparently, they threwaway all the clothes left over from 2015. Clothes were dropped off late December. Last month when dropping off, we were told your clothes were given away. No calls, no cards, no frigging customer service. Yes, clothes were left there for a few months due to personal issues, but after 30 yrs. a good manager, and a decent person, would at least make some effort to contact me. Call it coincidental, but the owner has a similar build to my husband, and I know hell never look better...in his shirts! SHOUT AT~ Because this places stinks.

This dry cleaner is not very friendly and lost my clothes. When I came to pick up two of my suit pants for work, they couldnt find them, kept me waiting for 30 minutes, and then requested that I come back for them another time. To make a long story short, I ended up coming back multiple times for the pants which they finally admitted to losing. The owner initially agreed to pay to replace the pants and then backed out of the agreed deal and refused to pay me the full amount. He was very rude and defensive. They have lost buttons on my clothes and my ties came back with loose threads. I strongly suggest to stay away from this place based on all of the aggravation they caused me.
