Westside cleaned my curtains. Then I took my shams (same material) to be cleaned. I got a call to come pick them up they couldnt be cleaned. When I asked why, the front desk employee went in the back to get the male owner. He came to the front with a rag and spray, aggressively rubbed the material and some of the color came off on the rag, which he promptly shoved in my face (in front of other customers) and said "is this what you want?" I will never return to give business to a company that would treat their customers that way. ALSO, I had some Tommy Bahama shirts that the tag clearly says DO NOT DRY CLEAN. The front desk employee went to argue with me that they dry clean them all. No wonder they had ruined MANY shirts. They kept telling me it was the deodorant....really? on one side of the shirt? I have taken my business elsewhere, and have no more stress.

Horrible experience. Closed earlier than posted hours. Poor customer service. Returned clothes with stains that were not there at drop off. After return trip women stated that there is nothing to get the stains out. Went to A & B across the street and they offered to remove the stains at a fraction of the cost that Westside charged to stain my shirt. Left email on their site and never received a call back. They acknowledged that it was received and stated they closed early because they were busy??

Best dry cleaners weve ever used! My husband has been dry cleaning his clothes for 20+ years and noticed a significant different between Westside Cleaners and the countless other dry cleaners. They use collar stays and his shirts are perfectly pressed. Pants are perfectly pressed as well. Their staff is super friendly and pricing is very competitive. Top recommendation for Westside Cleaners in Jupiter (they also have a PBG location).
