Exceptional and friendly service, on-time pickup and delivery, and great prices! Carlos, the owner, does an excellent job and truly cares about his clients. He personally addressed my questions, made sure that I received all of my items two days before the deadline, ensured that everything was delivered on time and followed up to make sure that I received all of the pieces and was satisfied with the result. Its uncommon to find this type of service nowadays. I absolutely recommend PressXpress (Opera Tower) services over all others.

Best customer service Ive EVER experienced! Staff is knowledgable, responsive and attentive! Ill advise I need a pickup less than 24 hours in advance and the clothes is picked up the next morning and dropped of just a few days later.
