What a bunch of useless people working over there!!! They ruined my clothes. I cannot believe it, I needed two things: clean and dry my suit and short my jeans, and I swear that they ruined both things. They pinched and marked my suit with a pin, and the jeans are totally uneven at the bottom (attached photos). I was very close to leave another pant to shorten, never again.

Have dry cleaned and altered clothes here for 2 years. Great place with nice staff. Its nothing fancy but you get what you need. They also do free delivery and pick up if youre in Brickell which is nice! Ironing can be hit or miss sometimes (close to buttons if the shirt has a back lining). Nothing terrible but thats why Ill give them 4 stars.
