If the option of reporting negative stars was available, I would have chosen it. I started using Mr. Locker almost a year ago, and was at first really pleased. The cost was a little high, I thought, but the service was ok. That is until I had an issue. I had turned in a bunch of laundry, including some dry cleaning items, among them was two Lacoste dress shirts. When picking up the laundry and putting it away, I noticed I was missing on of those shirts. This shirt was over $250 and I wasnt about to just let the loss go. I emailed the company, waited two weeks, without any response at all. I called the company and spoke to a gentleman about my issue. He said he would look into it, but never returned the call. I called again, a couple weeks later, again no returned call. I called a third time, about a month after, spoke to one of the managers who said he would call back, but again no call back and no resolution. I was given the runaround for over 3 months, before I just gave up. I will never use this service again.

Service worthy of 4.5 stars, the .5 is reserved for future praise as its rare to find perfection anywhere (always room for improvement). Although my experience was quite pleasurable. Being new to the area, I need to establish new contacts for basically all of my personal needs. I had tried a couple of places in the area with little success, satisfaction rather. Went from a large chain cleaner with the notion of 24 hour access (automated service did not function either of the times I went after hours) and a rather large, industrial type place that gave me the impression was the go to place for the smaller shops in the area, but that proved to be a complete mistake. My first order with Mr.Locker was something I wasnt used to doing for my dry cleaning, but technology seems to have found another way to make my life easier and now I have can get the status of my order whenever Id like and have a secure way to get my clothes 24/7. Thanks guys, Ill be back!

Great Concept! Although its a new business, you can tell they put a lot of thought and research into making sure my experience was better than at a traditional cleaners, even the App worked smoothly. Their store front is near my office in Aventura and the 24 hour access is great, but Im looking forward to having their drop off and pick up lockers even closer. haha Looking forward to their expansion into our office building, actually. Having the ability to drop off my laundry and dry cleaning any time thats convenient to me is a huge selling point as theres never a line to get to my locker to retrieve my clothes. Pricing is more than reasonable and I was able to use my 50% off coupon on a relatively large order. Win win!

Used them for a while as ZoomLocker in Coral Gables. The wash and fold was pretty good. The drycleaning sucked: the one time I did it everything came back burned-smelling and they damaged my most expensive suit. The customer service was really subpar: I had to e-mail a bunch of times about various problems with my orders. Now they have raised their prices to crazy levels. It is cheaper to use WashClub. Why would I drive to put my clothes in a locker, wait 3 days to get them back, and pay more for it?

I just used the service for the first time using one of their stores. First I loved that they are open 24/7, their App works and its easy to use, their prices are shipper than many other dry cleaners in the area, the store its spotless and secure, my clothes came back perfect (they dont use those horrible tags all other dry cleaners attach to the clothes!!!) In short I am super happy with Mr. Locker and will continue to use them.
