I have been going there for years but constantly am dissatisfied with the experience. The prices are a bit high and the staff, one gentleman in particular, is constantly rude and has a terrible attitude. Frequent snide remarks like "why are your shirt collars so dirty?" by the staff are inexcusable. The only reason I continued to be a customer was simply laziness and not taking the time to find a better alternative. Edit: went in to complain today about my prior experience and the employee assumed I did not speak Spanish and called me a vile name right to my face.

Left some important documents along with some money in a pair of jean and of course neither was recovered when I went back. I had been coming here for years, but unfortunately wont be coming back. After calling to ask if they had found the items in my pocket, I was treated and talked to as if I was asking for lifetime of FREE dry cleaning. For their steep prices and lackluster customer service, Id rather drive to the coin laundry down 8 st.

Never would I bring my Dry cleaning here again. The employees are rude and there is never a manager around to help with issues. They will have to remove that one male employee before I even think about going back there again. Will notify all my friends about the services I received at this location.

I needed a formal gown hemmed last minute for a New Years Eve party. The concierge at our hotel, The Intercontinental, found this cleaners for me. The ladies at River Dry Cleaners were so very nice and took extra special care of me. Thank you again for the 5 star service!!!
