Very Unreliable and Unprofessional. I drop off a pair of sandals to be stitched on Monday. Cashier states theyll drop it off with their shoe repair guy and hell follow up with me by Tuesday. Sandals should be ready by approximately Friday. In the afternoon on Tuesday, I hadnt received a call. So I call to follow up on my shoes. Shoes had not yet been delivered to shoe repair guy, and cashier #2 states that shoes wont be ready till Monday. Original cashier calls me back an hour later - states hell drop off shoes with shoe repair guy on Thursday and follow up with me. Shoes should still be ready by Friday, dont worry about what cashier #2 said. On Thursday I hadnt received a call, and it was already the afternoon. So I call OXXO. I get cashier #2 again, who stated that the shoes hadnt been dropped off with shoe repair guy, and that the shoes wouldnt be ready until Monday. Uh, what...? Completely different than what cashier #1 had told me. So I explained that cashier #1 had told me he was going to drop off shoes by Thursday, and have them ready by Friday. Cashier #2 says hell talk to Cashier #1. Two hours later, cashier #1 calls back. Apparently cashier #2 was the owner. Cashier #1 was in the process of delivering shoes - was literally at shoe repair place, but Owner calls and says that Ive called in too much to check on my shoes, and they dont want to deal with the hassle. Cashier #1 tells me that shoes are still unrepaired, and that I need to pick them up. They refuse to service them. I do not believe that I was overtly rude to anyone over the phone, and I dont recall getting into an argument with anyone - though I was annoyed at the conflicting information. Heres whats wrong with this situation: 1) Cashier #1 and Cashier #2 are not talking. Theyre providing me completely different information on when to come pick up my shoes. 2) Cashier #1 does follow up. He states hell call on Tuesday, and then again on Thursday. He never calls for a status update. So I end up calling to figure out when my shoes will be ready. Apparently this creates a hassle for the owner. FYI to OXXO - I work in a busy office, and if I state that I will follow up with someone, I FOLLOW up. Its not that hard. 3) Owner decides after a couple 10 minute follow up calls, spaced days apart, that Im too much of a hassle to deal with - and despite being able to salvage situation - cancels my repair. I would strongly recommend not using these people. Being late is not a big deal, having to call and follow up is annoying but not a big deal, but deciding that the customers dont really matter is red flag. What if they lose your article of clothing? What if they damage your shirt by accident when cleaning? What if you actually do NEED something by a certain date, and they dont deliver? These things happen in even the best run cleaners. In these situations, you want to be dealing with people genuinely interested in providing good service, and who dont view their customers as a hassle. Tysunn - my old cleaners in S. Miami was great in this regard. They werent always the fastest, but when they said they would do something, they did it. Dropping off stuff at the cleaners should be easy.

Ive been a customer of Oxxo in North Bay Village for the past 5 years, and I can personally attest to their excellent service. Ive been a customer of dry cleaners services of varying qualities for the past 20 years, and in multiple states. I can personally say that these guys are in a league of their own - at the top. Always attentive, providing quality and careful service to their customer. Anything from removing tough stains to finding a solution to fixing a favorite suit that was torn. They are there to provide a solution in a timely and dedicated manner. From time to time there is something that needs additional care, but show me a cleaners in which everything goes just perfect 100% of the time?! Not possible, anywhere. Id rather focus on the 99% of the time that things work perfect - and they do with these guys. Not only that, they show they care about what they do and about making the customer happy. An important quality for guys who know the success of their business is rooted in quality customer service. A great example of their "red carpet" service is the following story: a night before an important event, with a suit that I provided to them for same day service, and without an available method to access their self serve window, they were willing to stay open for another hour - just for me. Instead of telling me to deal with it, at 5 minutes before 7pm, having received my request to stay there ( and as they were about to close), Eli and his son stayed open because they understood how important it was for me to be able to have a suit for the next morning. Thats service and dedication to their customer. Judge for yourself. Try them. You will not be disappointed.

I have been in the real estate business for over 20 years, and in my profession it is important to look your best. I moved to North Bay Village about a year ago and of course, whenever I move, I needed to find a good Dry Cleaner. I found Oxxo Care Cleaners just down the street from my house. I am very thankful for that because they take better care of my clothes than any other dry cleaner I have been with! From the first time I walked through the door, it was obvious that the owners truly take pride in their business. They greeted me with such warmth and professionalism and have always made me feel that as a customer, my business is important to them. One or both of the owners are there every single time I am dropping off or picking up my clothes! It is a Father and son owned franchise. Jean Carlo, the son is usually there more than his father Eli. They have NEVER made a mistake on my clothes nor have the ever given me a reason to complain. I have gone to other cleaners over the years that break off at least 2-3 buttons on my expensive dress shirts ever time. I dont think I have had a single button broken in the last year I have been with Oxxo Care Cleaners. Everybody knows that it makes a huge difference in a business that is family run and that the family actually takes care of the day to day operations themselves. Only the owners of a business will take that kind of pride in what they do, and that is exactly why Oxxo Care Cleaners in North Bay Village is possibly my favorite dry cleaner ever! I appreciate Jean Carlo and Eli of Oxxo Care Cleaners taking such good care of me. Could not be more satisfied!

Customer should be aware to check you cloths before you pay...You paid after they look for your garment. That happen to me. In November 13, 2014. I had the worse experience in my life. Not only that they ruined my brand new LINEN window panel, but because you could ended in jail according to the cashier. This LINEN panel the instructions read to be Dry cleaning only, but they didnt .. And is what I pay for. Therefore and obviously the panel became 4 inches and returned full of wrinkles like they never ironed and with the dark spot is still visible. SOS for customers protection, authorities should be aware of this when Ox.xoxo call the police accusing a customer to be rude with the cashier. I dont know the name of the cashier or front desk attendant. He was overly rude, nasty and scare individual, he disrespect and treat me to go away after I paid because he claims has the power to call the police and to make me arrested because I complaint about their service. I wonder why he is so sure that the police will pay attention at his first call for public disturbance,.. if he is the one who cause the problem, or maybe if it is so, is because he need the customer dont notice that the garment it is ruined and go away for never to come back again, as he have the nerds to tell customers...He told me that.
