Incredible Service! Ive been going to this dry cleaners for over 5 years because the friendly service from the manager up front. She has to be one of the most loyal dedicated employees of any business Ive been to ever. She is always smiling, extremely kind & always has nice things to say. This cleaners is no longer convenient for me since I moved but I continue to go because of the warm welcome I get each & every time I go there. Over the years Ive heard many customers say the same. Sent several of my employees there & they continue to go for the same reason. Hopefully she never leaves, never thought I would ever say that I actually look forward to going to the dry cleaners!

My family has tried many dry cleaners in the Palm Beach Gardens area. None of them compare to the excellent service you get at A & B Cleaners in Donald Ross Village. We have been going there for several years because of Waheeda. Waheeda provides the best customer service and makes going to the cleaners a joyful experience. The prices are very reasonable and good care has been taken of all of our laundry. If something comes out with a mark on it, there are no questions asked and Waheeda has the item cleaned again. Waheeda is always friendly, courteous, professional and a top flight manager! She will make your day! Bob

I asked about getting some shirts pressed. She told me it was $6 each shirt. I said I thought that was high; was that their normal pricing? She told me to take it somewhere else if I didnt like the price. I WILL and I will tell everyone I know to NEVER use this place (luckily Ive lived here over 30 years and know lot of people here). Guess this is why Ive never been in here before. RUDE

Good job at this cleaners and excellent counter service. Like every thing in life no one company gets the best rating ....we as customers have right and it gets to out head by treating sales people with attitude ...so sometimes it better to just smile and say have a nice day..and remember no one is perfect and the universe is certainly not perfect.. The worst experience ever. The woman that works here is miserable, very unfriendly and not helpful at all. As soon as you walk in her bad attitude, terrible demeanor and her inability to get off the phone while she complains about some part of her life makes for an all around bad experience. When I asked her about my clothes she was demeaning. I would never go back.

BEWARE- If you value your clothes. If I could give this company a minus ten I would. The woman at the counter is extremely rude refused to help me in anyway after I showed them the damage that was done to my clothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLEANERS!!!

Love this place! The receptionist always has our clothes ready by the time we walk through the door, and allows us to drop, rather than wait. Also, the Alterations ladies are great and quick -- plus the pricing is great too!! Highly Recommend.

The overall experience was good. Customer service is great. I got a skirt and top altered and it was well done. The manager, an Indian lady, is very pleasant and friendly. I definitely recommend this dry cleaner.
