This is the best dry cleaner in North Palm Beach County. The staff are dedicated to making sure customers are treated very well. They go out of their way to keep their customers satisfied, even the most difficult customers. Lets consider a few examples: - One customer had a silk blouse with human vomit. Thats stomach acid on silk! La Mer Cleaners treated it twice in the dry cleaning machine and removed the stain but it left a ring around where the stain used to be on the silk so they called the customer explained that the only way to remove the ring would be to perform a more aggressive treatment and they didnt want to do this unless the customer give their permission. They then performed the service and removed the ring but because the treatment was so aggressive, ink from the black buttons on the blouse leaked onto the fabric underneath the buttons. So what did La Mer Dry Cleaners do? They manually took off all the buttons on the blouse, removed the ink, and then resewed the buttons back on the blouse. The client received the garment back and was ecstatic - she thought the blouse was ruined. La Mer charged the client THE NORMAL PRICE although they spent more time on this particular blouse than they would on 3 or 4 garments. Why? Because they want to give their customers the best service. - second example: A lady brought in a blouse to La Mer that was manufactured by machine from China. During the cleaning process, many of the buttons feel off and went missing in the plant. The blouse was made by Barbara Bui (now exclusively in Paris with no retail stores in the United States). What did La Mer do? They called Paris and had Barbara Bui send a complete new set of buttons plus a few duster bags with their logo on it to La Mer and they hand-sewed the buttons back on the blouse. La Mer Dry cleaners puts the satisfaction of their customers first. I have personally never experienced a cleaner that is so personalized with their service even when difficult customers raise complaints (and there are always difficult customers!). I would recommend La Mer to anyone who has valuable clothes or bedlinens and wants them treated properly. No cleaners are miracle workers and not every stain can be removed but at least La Mer goes out of their way to try their best.

I had an awful experience with these cleaners. I dropped off three garments for stain removal, one of which being some twill pants with an ink mark Id gotten on it the day before. The woman took the clothes, marked the stains, and said it would be a full week. I came back a week later, gave her my ticket (same woman) and she pulled my clothes and told me a total (which was a charge for each garment). I asked if the stains were removed and she said "I dont know." I went to look at the pants and the ink stain was still there with some white discoloration around it, and NEW stains on the waist band and pocket area. After some back and forth with the woman, and talking to the manager, they said they dont treat ink stains and sometimes when washing clothes, "hidden" stains now appear. At one point, the woman at the counter commented "its barely noticeable," as if that was the point of taking a stain to the cleaners! The stains also werent taken out of the one of the other garments. The third stain was removed out of the t-shirt. After asking why I wasnt told in the beginning that they dont treat ink stains, the manager just kept talking about their 24 years of excellent service and never addressed my basic questions. So now the stain has been set-in because they cleaned, dried and pressed it, pants are ruined now. It took pulling tooth and nail to not have to pay for the pants. Never go here, horrible customer service and they will hold your clothes hostage.

If I could give negative stars I would !!! I have been using this dry cleaner for over 15 years. I dont know what happened to this place but theyve gone downhill substantially over the last few years. Not that they are inexpensive to begin with but they started charging me five dollars extra per shirt hand touch them up because they were coming back with the back with wrinkles pressed into them.They gave me some bullshit that my shirts are too big to press. But there was never a problem before ?Today when I picked up my shirts and complained that the back of the looked like a roadmap for the United States they told me I needed to pay $10 a shirt to have them hand ironed. For the record for years my shirts used to come out pressed professionally.

My experience with them was so horrible it makes me want to cry. They ruined a Prada silk dress that i bought in Italy. I went to them because of their "phenomenal reviews". Not only did they fail to remove the ONE stain that the dress actually had, but they got chemical stains ALL OVER the dress, in spots where there was no stain to begin with and that didnt need cleaning! To make matters worse, the woman at the desk started screaming at me when i complained, telling me that it was my fault. Will not be returning. Be careful - I advise taking your business elsewhere.

Had a suit,sport coat & shirt cleaned and pressed. Sport coat came back with 3 small holes in front of jacket. Owner Barbara said there is no way it could have occurred at her shop. Her reputation depends on quality work and has allowed her 25 years of excellent customer satisfaction. Well she certainly did not handle my situation in the proper manner. No offer, or Im sorry. Will never go back or recommend this cleaner to anyone!!

KUDOS for La Mer cleaners in Juno Beach, Florida. Brought in my daughter-in-laws wedding dress. It was a mess. The wedding took place outdoors and the hem was FILTHY and the dress had a variety of other stains. La Mer cleaned and preserved the dress beautifully. i also feel compelled to mention the amazing talents of their tailor. I wont go anywhere else. ONE COMPLETELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

The baby got pasta sauce on the Duvet in our vacation rental,... I really thought I was gonna lose my deposit . Service was quick and and courteous..The Duvet came out awesome...loved their "wash N fold" service too..nothing like a vacay without laundry
