Ive used this dry cleaners for years and the counter staff is excellent. However when there is a problem and they damage your clothes that are beyond repair, they dont allow you to replace the clothes that they damaged. They shredded one pair of pants and paid for them when it was clearly their fault. Recently they damaged another pair of pants that are newer and want to give me half the value? Understanding that these pants are high end and in perfect shape and will last several more years is total disregard for what I actually have to do to replace the pants including purchasing them for full price, having them altered, going to pick them up, and then starting over again. Its a terrible way to do business, and the corporate rep could give a crap about the problems I am faced with. I strongly recommend you do business with someone else if you want your clothes not ruined and then given a portion to replace them.

When they dont lose my clothes the service is good. First time they lost all of my dry cleaning as they put it under someone elses name. I had to stand by the rack until I finally saw one of my shirts go by so they could find everything else. I should have found a new cleaner right then but I gave them a second chance. Bad idea. Now I have 2 expensive shirts that I dropped off there gone. No trace, Ive been back 3 times and still nothing. Be careful if you go here.

Ill give a dry cleaner five stars ONLY when my shirts are the same price as my husbands shirts. Please keep in mind my shirts are the same long sleeved, button up "oxford" shirts that my husband wears with the only exception that my label says "Women".

As usual, the staff at your store on Oakland Park Blvd. were friendly, knowledgable and professional. They were a pleasure to deal with. Also as usual, the clothing was available for pick up at or before the quoted time.

Excellent service, fast and good quality. Prices for dry cleaning are a little high so at times I have to choose other dry cleaners, but shirts are priced reasonably.
