This place owes me some stars.... I brought in 11 shirts.... Only accepted 4 because they didnt even need to be cleaned... Brought back the rest because they had a terrible odor... The manager claimed that Dry Cleaning is for lifting stains and not for leaving your clothes smelling fresh and clean... I think all they did was iron my clothes and spray it down with something which gave my clothes a terrible odor. I was not in the mood to make a third trip so I took the clothes home and gave them an old fashioned cleaning. Save yourself the stress and find a Dry Cleaning Service that actually cleans your clothes.

I have been using Dry Clean USA only for the past 10 years. I go there because of the fast, friendly service. I pull up on the parking lot, and if there is no line, my clothes are waiting for me when i walk in the door. The prices are competitive, and they take care of all my needs, mending, repair, stain removing. Being a bachelor, its great to have a one stop shop. and the staff is always friendly to me, of course, Im friendly to them - and since they work hard, it never hearts to take in a few bagels or donuts - it makes a difference.

I took in 4 items of clothing and while 3 of them turned out fine, the fur on my A/X jacket was ruined! It looked matted and as if it had been burned, although I know they dont use heat for dry cleaning. When I called to talk to them the guy who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude! Worst customer service ever! I recommend if you care to wear your clothes again.. DO NOT GO HERE!

The worst service i ever got, they are overpriced, and charging fees without letting you know about them. Ive been charged $14 rush fee without knowing about it, and picking up the cloths 4 days after dropping them. Very disappointed from the cold customer service, they rather steal couple of bucks from a customer than earning his business for the long run. Dont go there.
