In Tents Events has the most abundant supply of materials to rent, but they surely do not have an abundant supply of customer service. We got married this past weekend at The Southwood House; a venue they decorate and set things up at quite often. In Tents also had a conflicting issue with setting up for a large event at FSU the same weekend, and they pushed our wedding aside to go set up for FSU. Kristen, our "customer service concierge" was everything but helpful towards the end. She made me, the customer, feel that my wedding was not important enough to her to accommodate my needs, when an FSU event came up last minute, until I went down there in person and asked to speak to the owner. I think her attitude and poor display of customer service is unacceptable. Also, they set everything up incorrectly; the trees were facing the wrong tree, and the round tables were simply tossed around the dance floor. It looked as if they had taken 10 minutes to toss everything out of the truck and take off to their next event. Also, upon setting this up with them a year ago, we were promised that if the week or two weeks before the event we wanted to rent a tent for preventative rain measures, we would have one. Well, they rented all of their tents to FSU and when we told them we wanted an additional tent, they did not have one for us. I would never recommend this company to anybody getting married, or having any other sort of get together. Its terrible that a reputable wedding vendor in the Tallahassee area gave me such poor service, when they came so highly recommended by everybody

The Super Friendly and staff at In Tents Events have always been ready to help with a smile and great service... Anything I have ever needed they were able to accommodate me and my family making it easy for me to enjoy my event. I would recommend them to any and every one! I look forward to working with them in the future. I would like them and yall to know they took the stress out of my day and allowed me to spend the time with my guests instead of worrying about the things I knew they had control of... Local! Friendly! Customer Service at its BEST!!!

I have used this company for a church group that I worked for. They were very professional and efficient. They set up in a timely manner. They were willing to work with the religious restrictions that we required. They came back and took down the tents and blow-ups when they said they would. I would recommend them and I would use them again!
