My husband and I must have said to each other, "Thank God for Amber!" a few dozen times during the week of our wedding when we started to get a little overwhelmed by managing it all. I was on the fence about adding the expense of a wedding coordinator to our already-strained wedding budget, but I would do it again in a heartbeat. Getting the chance to enjoy and take in the day of our wedding was invaluable to us after all of those months of planning! We had such a great time at our wedding, and we didnt have to spend time that day worrying about reception details, caterers, flowers, music, etc. We didnt have to ask our families to pitch in to manage these things on the wedding day either because we knew Amber had it covered. I can get a little crazy sometimes about making sure that everything is just right, and more than one person told me that they were surprised that I would trust someone else with something like my wedding. Its a testament to Amber and how dependable and responsive she is that I felt totally at ease turning over the reins to her for the big day. Id recommend her to any of my family or friends for their wedding with no reservations.

I used Amber as my Day of Coordinator for my wedding and it was the best decision I had ever made. She was a referral from one of my best friends who had also used her. I was in my friends wedding and knew she was good. We met 2 or 3 times before the big day to discuss details and get contact info for my vendors but she handled everything and contacted all the vendors to ensure the wedding day went smoothly. The day of the wedding I did not have one stress about the wedding because I knew she was handling everything. It was so nice to be able to enjoy my special day withe my friends and family and not worry about the behind the scenes. If you are contemplating getting a day of coordinator the answer is YES! I cant imagine not having one and Amber is awesome. She is professional and is good at what she does. I would recommend her to anyone!!

Hiring Amber and Beyond Events was by far the best decision that we made in the course of planning our wedding. Amber and Chelsie were extremely detailed and organized throughout the entire process. From our initial planning meeting, I knew that Amber was going to be a great professional to work with. She listened to our vision and also had some great suggestions. She created a wedding timeline and contacted all of our vendors a few days prior to the wedding to make sure that everyone knew the game plan. On the day of the wedding, my husband and I were able to enjoy every moment. We didnt have to worry about a single thing because we knew that Ambers team would take care of it. My family and I would highly recommend her! Friends and family still talk about how beautiful our wedding was and a lot of it was due to our experience with Beyond Events!

Relaxation -- Something most brides dont experience the day of their wedding, but thanks to Amber & Beyond Events I was able to. My husband and I reached out to Amber to coordinate our ceremony at a private residence. Amber was great creating a floor plan & itinerary for the day as well as coordinating the event as a whole. Her services allowed every family member to truly be a part of the day and not have to be concerned with coordinating. I highly recommend Beyond Events for any event that youre hoping to host!

I hired a wedding planner at the request of my mother and I could not have been happier with Amber! Thanks to her, my wedding day was completely stress-free and everything ran seamlessly. She kept me on track at every stage of the planning process and was even willing to take on tasks I was uncomfortable with. I was asked to supervise a company fundraiser that would potentially host thousands of people. I had about 45 days to pull it all together. I was in over my head, so I decided to call Beyond Events. Amber saved the day! She calmed me down and coordinated everything. Her team did a great job, and everyone had fun at the event! We will definitely use her for any future events we host!!! I would absolutely recommend her!

Amber is an amazing event planner. I have had the opportunity to work with her on many occasions. I am an event planner as well and admire Ambers dedication to her clients and her constant effort to pay attention to every detail. When I have had the opportunity to work on events with Amber our clients have never been anything but 110% satisfied. I would recommend Amber to plan any event!

Ambers services were worth every penny!! During the planning process Amber was so well organized and professional we knew every detail of our wedding was covered. When the big day came we just relaxed and enjoyed ourselves! Leaving that night we truly felt we were leaving a dream come true and we have Amber to thank for that!

I just called this place to get some information. The woman I spoke with was very rude and confrontational. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If this is the way they treat potential clients, how could possibly plan a nice wedding????????
